Good product swiftly delivered

Supplier had good range of garden bollard lamps including these shorter ones. Pricing was competitive.
Shipping took slightly longer that indicated but was still acceptable and in time for installation.

Good product delivered on time and good value

A little delay in receiving my item, but a very quick response to my enquiry and item was received two days later.

Terrible service, waited a month for my order when my confirmation email said 5-7 days! Not helpful and felt like I was being offered delivery times they couldn’t deliver.
However once it finally arrived I liked the products.

Lights arrived promptly but the surrounding was described as glass but was in fact plastic so we are returning.

No communication whatsoever. Don’t answer calls or emails. Deliver took far longer than stated.

The order did not go smoothly. After 10 days I had still not received either the light I'd ordered (promised in 5-7 days), nor a response to my first email about their failure to dispatch it. The phone number on the website is completely fake (00000 000 000). If instead customers ring the phone number provided on the order confirmation email, they get an automated reply and are told to send an email. A subsequent email and my very critical Trustpilot review prompted a fast reaction, however, together with a plethora of emails from various staff. One explained that the reason given by the company for not answering the phone was that they couldn't pay someone to sit around all day answering calls. I was also told that they would transfer the item from another customer's order because that customer was waiting for something else anyway. Someone else emailed to say the item was on back order and would be about two weeks. It actually arrived 3 hours later!!!! All rather a muddle and since person-to-person contact is not available by the phone, also very stressful. Despite their very sophisticated website and competitive pricing, customer service is not their best feature.

Great priced Outside LED light. Easy to order prompt delivery.No issues, I would recommend.

I had to email twice, once to outdoor, once to Tiffany, before I eventually got the lights( which look old and used). No apology for the delay.
