I have purchased from them numerous times now and have never been disappointed.
Always super helpful when I have any questions and respond pretty much the same or very next day.
Even messaged me on social media to let me know when an item was back in stock so I didnt miss out.

Unethical traders - beware!
The company substituted a cheaper item without explanation and ignored my emailed complaint. I should have checked Trust Pilot before buying. They could have a great little business but seem content to abuse the trust of their client base instead. Here today… gone tomorrow!

Snugpak 100l Bergen
I purchased a Snugpak 100l Bergen from this company which was defective. Delivery was also delayed with no notification of that until I called them as they werent responding to emails. I still have the defective item and they are now arranging a free return label and a replacement, with no discount despite the inconveniences, poor communication and a poor resolution i.e. no discount or refund offered. A very poor experience indeed. I dont normally leave negative reviews but after spending £120 with this level of poor service I had to write it.

Bought my backpack from this company, was so easy to order and had great customer service, especially charlie! I really recommend using this store, they have everything to cater for your outdoor needs and its great to support an independent business.

Good service
I’ve now purchased several items from Outdoor Adventurer over the last year and each time the order has been dispatched quickly and well packed. Good service each time. They have a good range of products available and on a couple of occasions I’ve been able to buy items which were unavailable everywhere else, so that’s good to know.
