I ordered a Miami hot tub
I ordered a Miami hot tub. Customer service, Ben was great. They didn't have a Miami in stock and I was advised to go with Lay Z Spa Fiji. Order came really quickly and I'm happy with it.

Only average as I was told next day delivery if ordered by 15.00. I ordered it Tuesday at 15.30 so was expecting it Thursday as wanted it for a family party on the Friday. Alas it did'nt arrive till the Friday. I emailed outdoor4u but got no reply. I could have got one a bit cheaper but went for outdoor4u as needed it before Friday.

Return/refund
Purchased product on 22/7/21, which I would like to return for refund. Emailed company 3 times and still waiting on response!
I would advise to avoid if this is how they treat customers!
Still no response 3/8/21!! Absolutely shocking customer service, will be seeking legal advice 😡

Never even got my product
After a week of not receiving my product I emailed to find out where it was only to be emailed back to say sorry it’s out of stock and you’ve been given a refund.
Surely I should of been told straight away as soon as I placed the order.
Not very good customer service if you ask me.

Spa turned up completely battered with…
Spa turned up completely battered with no protection other than the box it is supplied in. Looked like to had had a trip down a flight of stairs. Arranged an exchange, when they got it they said they couldn’t give me the exchange for 2 weeks. I asked if they could do it any sooner and they sent me a refund minus £22 with no explanation. Did find it £30 cheaper elsewhere though so that was good.

The goods not fit for purpose and this company is refusing to refund us. No reply to emails and I have just called and spoken to the rudest man . He actually hung up when I asked for the Managing Directors name. This is completely factual - avoid this company at all costs
