Adam was great! He was able to uninstall Microsoft 365 for me (I was not able to get it to work for me) and he reinstalled it following a 'bad image' error 0xc000012f.

Excellent product and top-notch Customer Service
After Microsoft did updates on my computer yesterday, it knocked out my ability to use any keyboards on my PC. I tried for over 6 hours to resolve the issue. I called your tech support and spoke with David. After remoting into my system, within less than 10 minutes he had my issue resolved. He was extremely helpful and great to work with. I give him 10 out of 5 stars. Your customer service is A+ and the Outbyte Driver Updater is an excellent product. I will recommend you to all my family and friends. Thanks for all your help.

The Outbyte Assist Team was SO HELPFUL with my issues. Windows essentially rendered my PC useless with their stupid updates that prevented me from using both my keyboard and my audio devices. Operates a scam wiki site
While searching online for Windows related issues, numerous times I have found links to an artificially SEO pushed wiki (Wiki Fixes) on the outbyte.com domain. Wanted to provide an example, but Trustpilot does not allow links, but there is a slash wiki slash en slash errors slash 0x slash troobleshooting-0xXXXXXXX for all the possible windows error codes. All the articles are just the exact same text or AI written BS generated on billions of error codes scraped online, and has nothing to do with solving the issue, but suggest you to download some software. Very much looks like a simple scam site, which tries you to download some malicious software.
Plus as an added remark: Here on Trustpilot there is a an other reviewed site "wiki-drivers.com". All the links and disclaimers on that site are directly linked to Outbyte, so the two should be merged. And there are numerous similar affiliated sites, which promote their software. With some online research, it is not hard to see what kind of network this is.

I had a problem downloading the sound driver, I found this company by searching. They offer free help for a week in their advertising, and when it was already downloaded, it started, 42 euros, without even knowing what and how the computer is. How can such masters be trusted with a serious good computer, if they are liars, why advertise widely that there is a free test for a week, if you don't run it? I only needed their help to download Acer audio Realtek, because I can't find it anywhere, and they advertise that they have it, everything would be different if they didn't write about the free test for a week, I don't know how it is for others, but I no longer trust this site and the company, 42 euros, nothing like that, you can pay for the services, it's normal, I just hate lies....Alina G.
