Nice generator at a good price, but...
Nice generator at a good price. My only gripe is that I wish the manual and the generator had a note and a tag to say there was not enough oil in the engine to allow it to start. When I took the unit out of the box, I did not see the small flaps on the box had no oil printed on them (I know right) and that is where my problems started. Because I tilted the generator to get it out of the box, the small amount of oil in the motor covered the dip stick. I followed the start procedure and checked the dipstick which was covered in oil. After 2 hours of trying to start I noticed the oil light flicker and re-checked the oil level. After filling the sump I knew it would start and felt like a complete idiot when I saw the note on the box flap. The generator basically started itself after this... Please put a bright yellow tag on the generator handle that says NO OIL just like Honda do on their stationary engines and a big note in the manual as it is not there.

Fantastic Service
We could not believe how quickly we received our generator, it arrived 2 days after we ordered it, fantastic service. Only reason were giving it 4 stars & not 5 stars is it's a little noisier than we expected.
