Garbage, garbage, garbage! I placed an order, and it was supposed to been buy two and get one free. That didn’t happen, so I reached out to them, and nothing. I don’t care how good an item looks on this site! Don’t order from this site! Find the item somewhere else. You will thank me later.

These people are TOTAL CROOKS and SCAMMERS. I ordered a telescope and it was NEVER delivered but they say it was. The reviews I read for this company was not what I am reading now. I hope they CHOKE on all the money they have STOLEN from other people and me too....

I returned the product in Sept. This telescope was not what they advertised. I never received my $56.97. I am now asking again, where is my refund?

Total scam. Don't buy nothing from these scammers. You won't get any thing you buy nor money back. Real low life's.

If I could give minus I would. Same as everyone else scammed. I too was offered % discounts and refused saying I wanted to return it. Eventually raised a dispute with Paypal and this was settled in my favour. Unfortunately when i returned the item via the Post Office they failed to send it tracked and so had no tracking and PayPal closed the dispute. I messaged them and was told to contact my bank and get a chargeback via them. I did through my bank and I got an immediate refund of the money as I spoke to them on the phone it arrived in my bank account. Thanks Lloyds Bank. Took 3 months but got full refund so do try the chargeback with your Bank if Paypal refuse. Although PayPal say have raised this company with their legal department.

SCAM! I’ve been waiting over two months for the telescope I ordered and nothing. When I track it, it says it was delivered October 19 which is b.s.
please don’t but from this company. They advertise that the product is made in the U.S.A and that it would ship in 5 days from California and come to find out it’s from China so it’s probably crap anyway. I can’t believe Facebook advertises this! They should be held responsible for advertising scammers. I’m going to try getting my money back and from what I’m reading I’m starting with filing a claim on PayPal. I wish they had a 0 rating on here.

Never trust any online sellers connected to Marul Company Limited. It is a UK registered company but if you dig deep they are owned by a chinese company. They are trading under different MANY online names but if you go to their "About us" or "Contact Us" links, you will find the name of their company, if it says Marul Company Limited, just close the browser and look somewhere else. I noticed that they removed their name in one, Ouskyt. So if you didn't see the name of the company, move away too. If you see the name of the company, visit companieshouse website and check the "People with significant control" section and if you see Chinese registered company, move away too. I wish checked trustpilot first before ordering. Paypal was not able to help me either. They were pretty useless, after 3 months of communications, the status of dispute changed from active to "cased closed" without getting full refund.

All of the reviews are correct - total SCAM, I'm only posting this so I can vent some frustration! They send you an inferior, cheaper and most importantly WRONG PRODUCT and then act all 'Sorry this has happened, please have 10% refund for the confusion'... but then don't pay postage for you to send it back.

I paid £47 for a telescope, paid £15 to send it back to China and then got £45 refund through Paypal... so I ended up paying £15 for the privilege of emailing many different people ALL trying to fob me off with nonsense.

It's really quite something. Apparently the video on the advert wasn't even real footage from the telescope which didn't arrive! It's comedy really.. but really drawn out frustrating comedy. They must've made a lot of money so far with this scam, I hope they've been closed down.

I totally agree with all the above reviews THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I ordered a telescope from them and then saw the reviews. I immediately cancelled my order and asked for a complete refund. Like the previous review they didn't respond directly to me, just sent a series of pre written emails offering a discount. Bearing in mind I had not received the goods since I had cancelled before they had a chance to despatch it. I contacted PayPal as I had paid through them and they refunded my money in full.

Everything that you have read on here is absolutely true and I also fell for this scam which I am kicking myself for. However, for the past week I have been communicating with this bunch of thieves. As has been previously mentioned, they first offered me a 10% refund, which I refused, I then received a 20% offer again I refused and I finally, I refused their 30% offer. I maintained that I wanted a full refund and their scare tactics of me having to pay $20.00 shipping did not deter me in the slightest. During the time of communicating, I raised a dispute with Paypal. I updated PayPal today with regards to all the offers they had made, and that they finally sent me an address to ship it back to China when the goods had actually been shipped from a UK address. I also informed PayPal, that the goods were advertised as being US made so why would I have to ship them to China. To cut a long story short, PayPal asked me to sign an affidavit which I was more than happy to do and I have subsequently received all my money back within the last 10 minutes. If you did not use PayPal, please speak with your Credit Card provider inform them that they have numerous sites on Facebook and other social media sites but there are no company details and no domain names. Just keep refusing any offer from Ousykt and stick to your guns with the credit card provider or PayPal. Good luck all.

TOTAL SCAM. I would give it no stars as that's what you will see with total piece of crap. Stay away from this one.

What a SCAM..... mine has now gone into the bin!!!

I fell for an ad to buy a telescope. It arrived. First it is very small, and the optics are terrible unless you are at the lowest magnification. It is hard to focus. I asked to return and the saga began. I was asked for the original packaging photo which I provided as well as photos of the scope and the box. They offered me a 10% refund. I said not an eventually I got them to come up to 45%. Then when I asked them to send me the money I received another email repeating the entire process. This site is a SCAM. Stay away and warn others.

This is a total Chinese scam. Their products are faulty and when requesting a refund they want the buyer to pay for tracking shipments back to China even though their own package shows a California return address. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company as it’s a complete scam. I ordered a telescope which has mysteriously gone missing in transit.All they do is say keep tracking Hermes even though Hermes are saying they can’t trace the parcel. please don’t ever order nothing from this company there from China even they state the item is totally manufactured and distributed from California. Complete fraud of a company.

Same ... contacted the email circle jerk about my small cracker jack toys from china, no tripod or package i paid for. They offered 15% refund first, 30% second .... It’s doubtful that if we excepted the refund that we would get one. From what i read here , no one did yet ?
