If I could give Oushk Pharmacy more than 5 stars I certainly would,
They go above and beyond to make sure those that are under their care are well looked after even at great expense to the company and themselves.
I have been with Oushk 6 months now and I’m very happy with them, they respond to any enquiry as quickly as they can, they work so hard to help us I’m so glad I’m doing my journey with them.

I have been using Oushk Pharmacy for the past 4 months. Oushk Pharmacy have been amazing. Any queries I had were answered quickly and efficiently. They offer great straight forward Maintenance Plans and treat you as an individual listening to your concerns and answer any questions, no matter what.
Have already recommended friends to Oushk!
All of my online consultation have been on time and each time I have been able to have any questions or queries answered.

I just had a consultation with a member from this company, this is my first time using companies like this one, and I have to say it is one of the best companies in my opinion, they are always willing to help, trustworthy and experienced. I’m happy to be using this company.

I have had to contact Oushk several times regarding my medication and doubts that I have had. They have always replied very promptly and are very reassuring and helpful. Exceptional customer service!

You'll struggle to find a company as thorough as Oushk. You feel safe using their products & they're not prescribed randomly. Thorough questions, follow ups ,consultations & verification calls are paramount.
A support group on social media , however I prefer their app that is more thorough & less intrusive with fantastic support from others on the same journey. The pharmacists are extremely supportive & always available for advice & support if our should have any queries or concerns . Be patient for a
response , but they normally respond within 48hrs , if not before. Oushk are probably not
the cheapest supplier, however, they
certainly are the absolute best at thorough
checks & support throughout your journey, therefore in my opinion is extremely good value for money.
I'd go nowhere else.

I became a member with OUSHK pharmacy in june 2025 after having a bad experience with my previous provider, I found consultation very thorough and straight forward they contacted me to make an appointment very soon after joining OUSHK for my weight verification consultation video call, which lasted no more than 10 minutes the person whom I had my appointment with was very helpful gave me some excellent advice.
During the video consultation I showed my photo ID, current weight so have scales to hand and my height was confirmed. Throughout the video call the gentleman was polite, and reassuring regarding any concerns or worries I may have. I received up to date emails regarding my appointment with a link to open at the time of the appointment it was all very straightforward. I am very happy that I chose OUSHK pharmacy as my MJ provider.

Excellent service provided by Oushk pharmacy. Would highly recommend them. Had my consultation this morning with Angela, she was lovely.

First order, was held up by DPD for 24hrs. I contacted Oushk as was concerned about delivery as if it was further delayed I wouldn’t be in. They got back to me straight away. Thankfully it arrived the next day ( delay was DPD not Oushk) and everything was fine, still cool etc. I find their facebook group and their circle app really helpful and supportive. Not the cheapest, not the dearest. I chose Oushk after using the monj comparison site as they seemed to have thought about maintenance. I’m a long way off that but good to know they take that into account.

I have been a customer of Oushk since the beginning of my journey which started in Dec 24. So I think it is about time that I left a review. I have never had any issues with ordering and they always arrive well packaged and kept cold with icepacks. I have never had a late delivery (I always choose the royal mail option) You can order and choose the date you wish for delivery and making changes is quickly dealt with. I would not use another supplier, Oushk have been great. Hira goes to great lengths to provide support and information. She carries out live video's regularly for all patients to view on fb where questions and new regulations are answered and discussed. The compliance to regulations is extremely tight which is a good thing.

Omg . They have been brilliant with me , they sent my order out but was out from dpd for over 98 hrs . I sent an email to them , which wow they respond 😳 to . Better still I rang and spoke to someone, yes an actual person explained what's happened they took that parcel back as it was to late . And sent out new pen with royal mail which I got today . They were very helpful 🙂 totally understood my worries and delt with it they actual care about there clients. And was very helpful.. Will be staying with them .. brilliant service 👏 👌 👍 🙌. Thank you 😊.

Had an issue with my order when delivered... But was sorted out and resent and was delivered yesterday.

After speaking to the manager and it being sorted I would order from here again!

I ordered a Mounjaro pen on 25 April 2025 and paid extra for Special Delivery (1 pm guarantee). When it finally arrived:

• The package was late, the ice packs were warm, and the pen box was damaged and partially open
• I disposed of the potentially compromised pen at my local NHS pharmacy (they don’t issue disposal receipts)
• Oushk refused a full refund, offering only 50% back and demanding proof of disposal that no NHS pharmacy can provide

I escalated my concern to the General Pharmaceutical Council. On 2 July 2025 they issued Oushk Pharmacy (Premises 9012610) with an Improvement Notice for failures in:

• Cold-chain storage and packaging effectiveness
• Monitoring and risk-assessment procedures
• Record-keeping for temperature-sensitive medicines

Despite this regulatory action, Oushk still declined to refund the remaining £59.98. Their rigid policy and blame-shifting tactics make clear they prioritise process over patient safety and honest customer care.

If you value reliable cold-chain delivery and respectful service, look elsewhere.
