Fantastic customer service. This company isn’t perfect- their website and systems are continually improving presumably as they have rapidly expanded. But when they do get it wrong or processes aren’t clear their customer service is fast, efficient and effective. A massive thanks to Tanya and Ellie who helped me get my medication on time after I didn’t realise I needed another weight verification check. The team are kind and compassionate. Thank you.

This company has to be the worst I have ever dealt with!
From taking days to reply to queries, to being quite condescending in their replies with repeatedly citing their company jargon which was understood in the first place.
After being a customer for a year I am appalled.
I was basically left without my ordered and paid prescription because of them failing to remind me of a weight check which was 1 week overdue if my calculations were right as by the way it's up to you to know this and remind yourself every 6 months as on the app everything is shown as up to date! So they just couldn't be bothered in being either kind or helpful about it, just easy come easy go. Well thank you for nothing. And please don't bother in replying to this review with further company citations as it is crystal clear, you just don't care!

I want to give a huge shout out to David in the customer service team at Oushk. I had a few issues with my next order and was worried there might be a delay, but David came through and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. My delivery has now been processed and will be arriving on time.
There was an issue where I hadn’t received a notification in my Oushk account about a message that needed answering regarding a dosage change, but once I explained the situation David went above and beyond to resolve it and keep things moving.

I have been struggling with a plateau on my weight loss for a while now - after speaking to Tanya and Indy I have a way forward thank you for your patience and care it is much appreciated
I have been using Oushk to supply my Mounjaro since Jan 2025. They have been incredibly supportive and worked with me to the point I'm not at my ideal weight and on maintenance. I had an issue this week where my pen wouldn't work. After a quick video call with Tanya Carroll she explained that it's often a faulty needle. I replaced it whilst on the call and it worked perfectly.

Oushk is my number one GLP-1 provider due to their professionalism and supportive staff. Everything was explained clearly, the process was smooth, and the follow-up care has been excellent. I’m seeing great results and feel truly supported throughout. My last order was marked delivered but security cameras showed the parcel wasn’t left by postman. I contacted Oushk and they quickly arranged a replacement with no hassle. Communication was excellent and the issue was resolved straight away (I cancelled the replacement pen as the postman delivered the next evening). I’ve been using Oushk for a while and, until recently, I’ve had a very positive experience. Their products are well-priced, deliveries are reliable, and they take safety seriously. The pharmacy side of the business has always been thorough and professional.
However, over the last few months the experience has gone downhill as they’ve shifted focus toward building a brand and becoming a social media platform. Ordering has become unnecessarily complicated. I was directed to sign up for Circle, and it took a lot of clicking around before I could even find where to place an order. What used to be a straightforward process now feels cluttered and confusing.
The platform is full of random posts from other users, almost like Facebook. I’m not at all interested in being on social media and I now receive daily emails featuring strangers’ photos, minion memes, or pictures of people’s Christmas decorations. I’ve tried to unsubscribe several times, but I still receive the updates. Customer service hasn’t been helpful - the only advice I’ve been given is to unsubscribe which doesn't actually work.
I’m sure some people enjoy the community aspect, but I just want a pharmacy, not a social feed. The owner used to post useful information, which was fine because it was optional to read, but now it feels like constant spam. I’ll continue ordering from them for now, as they remain reliable, but the direction of the platform is concerning and the shift toward a social media model makes it feel less secure as I don't know where my data is going - if I'm getting these pictures of strangers and their full names despite unsubscribing multiple times, I'm not very confident in the security of the platform.

Thank you for responding here - I’ve actually had numerous back and forth emails with customer support and they’re just not very good. I only left the review after trying to resolve this with customer support over the course of several email threads. I can see from other reviews I’m not the only one who has found customer service a bit lacking! It’s a lot of generic or complicated advice back. I would definitely like to delete Circle though so that would be much appreciated!

Fantastic pharmacy, I’ve been using them since November 24.
Have had several interactions with different team members who are all extremely supportive and helpful, nothing is a problem for them to sort out.
Over the last two days I have communicated with Tanya and Jess. Both are a real asset to the Oushk Team. Would highly recommend this Pharmacy who truly care about their patients.

Amazed they have over 4* the service is so bad.
Appallingly smug customer service team. After providing photo id in a video interview they then tried to force me to attach a copy to my account, its not indicated clearly in the initial ordering process. Had I known I would not have ordered. It us a completely unnecessary piece of data to record, do they not trust the people doing these video interviews? They tried to make out that ‘everyone’ does this, fir regulatory reason, no, they don’t, none of the other online pharmacies (3) Ive used demand this. I also checked the regulations and nowhere does it stipulate storing photo ID for patients to allow prescribing.
Frankly it’s lazy and puts users at risk of data breaches occur - plenty of big companies have been subject to significant customer data hacks in recent months, the loser is the customer who’s data is lost to hackers.
Then because I refuse to add the photo of my data they inform me they are entitled to withhold £10 of the refund because they’re cancelling my order.
In between this conversation with customer service the prescribing team are telling me I need to add more info, that is already added, so they can prescribe. Left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing.
They are an unpleasant, entirely self serving business. No doubt if anything goes wrong it will be the customers fault and customers cost.
AVOID.
