Looks like I have been scammed too. Ordered cat toy beginning of November and not received. As per previous reviews they do not respond to any messages or emails. Can't believe fb allows these scammers on the site. Am fuming !!

Why can't we give 0 stars or negative rating! Same stories as others, OurHomeAwards site is a scam. (Now the site has been taken down as well). Had ordered 2 items, but I guess I have to forget those. How to get refunds?

Scam took my money ...reported for fraud

Very worst website, I ordered for a car and I never received the item. These kind of websites should be blocked by the authority. Lots of people lossing there money......

I also i have never received the toy for cat. Its a shame that the authority doesnt do anything to stop those scammer

Never received the product, product is not traceable and website is not online anymore. Such a stupid thing to order through Facebook...

BEWARE BEWARE They scammed me too. And since I bought from then I have had several fraudulent charges arrive on my card!

I made an order for a toy on 1st November, and just today I realized this website is a scam. However, when I contacted the CC provider, there is nothing they can do accept flagging the merchant and website for future transaction, thus preventing other customer to made the same mistake! Is there any way I can request for refund? As I thought this kind of shady payment/ transaction could be refund/reverse/cancel ? btw, all of us should report this to FB. The FB page still active and the ads still running in newsfeed.

Scam.... I ordered a bumble bee car, has not arrived, cannot contact home page, they don't return or answer to email, company page does not exist. I don't understand why Facebook has not done a investigation.

Thief- Facebook should not have allowed this without validating the authenticity. Also there were some positive review earlier - Now i can make sense those would have been self reviews...

Who can we contact they took our money then closed down?!! And Facebook allowed it?!!!! They have my cc info!

Also scammed. I had a false sense of security because it was an Facebook Ad Now that I think about it, since they have my account number, exp and pin can they continue to take money from my account?

I have not received any tracking or any word on my item , I wrote to them and heard nothing back there’s no tracking!! they took my money so it’s paid for

Ordered from a Facebook ad. I should have known better when they didn't take PayPal! I have not received the products ordered and filed a fraud complaint with my Visa card company. Spiritzys is how the charge showed up. This Spiritzys shopify store is also closed. Buyer Beware!

Scam! Website down ordered over a month ago no tracking no reply via email. So nice of them to steal money just before christmas. What a joke!

Company site is down. Emailing gets no reply. Paid for a cat toy over a month a go and no response, but money was taken right away. Stupid to follow the ad on Instagram with a company I knew nothing about.

I cannot believe this! I placed an order, a cat toy, and I have not received it. Like many people in this site, I tried to contact the "company" by text and email and everything failed. How is it possible that this can happen? I am furious and afraid of buying other items on internet. Isn't there anything that can be done to get these horrible people? Because most probably they will change their name and keep on doing it! Something should be done!

Also scamed, charged twice, no reply on any email... and the site is unavailable!!!

Complete scam!! I ordered a gift for my son for Xmas and was charged twice and now website is closed! Facebook needs more stringent checks to ensure everyone selling on the platform are legitimate sellers!
