It was a bit frustrating at the beginning as the AI generated answers weren't all that helpful. But the moment it switched over to a human, there was better understanding and insight. Thank you Eugene for helping me.

I have recently discovered they have been stealing money from my account every 2 weeks 28 euros but as it was prepaid card I never use, I haven't noticed until now. In total they stole 476 euros and refuse to refund. Saying is some subscription model and store credit yet I have never received anything from it. I don't even know how they got to my account as I never bought anything from their website. When I confronted them, they just used AI response to send some nonsense. Please do not make dealings with them and be careful, they are scammers and criminals stealing from low income expectant mothers.

A transaction was made on my MasterCard without my approval, &I had no idea what it was for. I reached out to Holland's support team, & they responded quickly and professionally. They canceled the transaction and promised to refund the full amount without hassle. I am honestly stoked, feeling relaxed and confident knowing they've got my back.
Trustworthy service all the way.

Scam.Stay far away from them.
Got a notification from my bank and was charged $34 dollar for who knows what.
Also read on there website you can't get a refund.

Regarding my membership cancellation, I ask for assistance and they responded to me immediately. It was a great relief on my part with their help. Thank you

This page is a scam tried to convince I was paying for a shipping fee and instead I got enrolled in a subscription service and now they require me to leave a review to receive a refund. Thanks Elsa
