They will automatically deduct an amount from your account without providing the service/product you deserve. I also immediately cancelled my subscription but two times took my money, still no products. They said that they refunded me from the same app i used for the deduction but nothing. Wait for 5-10 days for refund, but its almost 3 months, wasted my money (more or less 16$) for nothing. dont believe this bogus site.

It has excellent service and support personnel respond to the short and clear way to the doubts I had. Personally, I would only recommend warning (sending an email or telephone vpia), before performing an automatic position to the card, to give the client to make the required changes, if necessary.

I was a victim of a FB scam involving this website. Unknowinglly I somehow made an accout with VIP membership I definately did not signed up for. Furtunately the customer service was very helpful and issued a refund for the membership. Hopefully it will be processed soon...

Though I was unknowingly subscribed to their plan, it looks like their support guy Diamond resolved the issue, and the subscription was canceled in time for me to not pay for it.

Awful experience.
Unethically draws you into a subscription, takes money without any notice or pre advisory that this was going to happen. I thought I was trialing a free gift box, only paying for shipping, however 2 days later money has been taken from my account. Once I asked for a cancellation due to the mistake I was charged for cancellation also. Very disappointed. Hopefully I am able to collect a full refund. They can take your money straight away but apprehensive to refund it swiftly.

The products was nice, the website is friendly I was able to navigate directly to the designated page as well as the chat section.
