Company can be trusted, since we had some issues and thay said that thay will make complete refund. Thank you Emerald.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Out of the blue I started receiving emails from Ourgiftspalace saying I had signed up for a membership with them...which I had not. they were talking about giving you credits and topping up your account with $9.99 or 9 Euro. I wrote back immediately and said I never signed up for a membership. Without giving me any proof they just said I had signed up on the 8th Sept, and they would start the cancellation process but it takes 14 days. any amounts due in that time would still be deducted. at the same time two other companies (Mytechietools, and Unikepaper)started doing the same thing. They have all deducted multiple amounts from my account from the 8th to the 11tn September. I ended up having to cancel my card so that they cant keep taking money. Ive opened a fraud case with my bank as well. Today, I received an email from gifts palace to say my cancellation has started today and will now only be cancelled on the 1st October. I had to send them their own email from the 10th sept , where they notified me of the cancellation that would be complete on the 24th September.
They have to improve the solutions to the customers requests. I have asked for more this week to cancel the membership and they continue actualizing it when I want to cancel it.
Even tried to make charges in the bank when I have canceled it. Not a good customer service. Maybe useful for the company, not for the customer.
Bob is now in touch with me and helping to resolve a small issue I had.
