I appreciated the efforts this website and the escalating team. They are very helpful and extremely professional to their cause. They slove my issue with complete dedication and honest. At first when my issue stucked I thought they will not support and refund my fund but when I saw my refund automatic respect and loyalty for this brand I have to offer

They still keep emailing me offering to refund the money took without authority if I will delete my review. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

SCAM - DO NOT TRUST. I came across an advert where they were "selling" a pack of 12 body sprays for £1.66. I put my card details in, and when my bank account prompted me to confirm that I would like to go ahead with the purchase, I had a feeling that this could be a scam so I cancelled it - the payment then didn't go through. However, after a few days, £40 was stolen from my bank account and they tried to say that "it was a subscription" when I never subscribed to anything. I spoke to customer services, and they tried to BLACKMAIL ME - they said they will only help issue the refund if I leave them a positive review on TrustPilot, then show them the screenshot of the review. I will dispute this with my bank to get a refund since they are not complying.

ALL OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS YOU SEE HERE ARE THE VICTIMS WHO WERE BLACKMAILED INTO LEAVING A POSITIVE REVIEW IN ORDER TO "GET THEIR MONEY BACK". DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

This company try to blackmail you into leaving a good Trustpilot review to enable you to get the money stolen under false pretences. Contacted today months after horrible interaction and they are still trying it on. Shocking. They don’t deserve any stars.
