I brought some dental wipe from a shop in London. When I got home they were mouldy.expiry date is 2029. London is a 3 hour drive away, so I contacted Our Dogs life for assistance. One month on and no reply or even acknowledgement..

Customer service/retention really really crap. 👎🏻

Fraudulent company.
Do not purchase anything from this company. They do not respond to outreach, and take payments for subscriptions that have already been cancelled (confirmed via email). When you ask to 'manage subscription without logging in' on their website, you're bounced to an error page saying the website doesn't exist. When you try to use the 'forgot password' link to reset, they advise that the email to reset password has been sent out when it hasn't. I have raised them as fraudulent with my bank and will be reporting them to Action Fraud.

I have a 12 yo cockerpoo with very hairy ears. Many recommend plucking the hair, say its painless, but having my eyebrows plucked hurts so wont do it to Ben. Usually keep them clean but this time seemed an infection.
He is terrified of the vet so we tried these drops as an alternative. Only read the awful reviews later.
Used the drops and the wipes which did seem to help.
As his ears were very very clogged with hair took him to the vet who said no infection. So I think these drops really helped and will continue to use the wipes and cleaner.
At this price it was £100 cheaper than the vet so give it a try for a few days then make your decision.

Dogs ear treatment is just water and salt. My vet was disgusted with the product to help with my dogs yeast infection. Returning for a full refund...

Tried a dog tooth product , no use but despite numerous attempts to cancel subscription I am getting almost daily reminders to update my card details . No chance. Dreadful company ,

Awful company. the postal address on there website is fake - the company does not operate from there. zero customer service - no replies to emails or fb messages. items did not arrive and unable to get a refund. DO NOT USE

Unable to cancel subscription online, been charged for something i don't want and that now hasn't arrived. No response to multiple emails. I assume its a scam - DO NOT USE.

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying some products. This is definitely a scam. I have followed up several times on my order and no response.

Scam! Ordered the products and never received for over 3 weeks. Sent several emails to the CS but zero response at all!

I do not care that it's Christmas eve and I should be focused on enjoyment, I am still so annoyed I spent over £50 for presents for both my mum and dad, and not a single word from customer service since 10th December. I have emailed multiple times but funnily enough the minute I emailed to let them know I had disputed with my bank, the shipping status changed to fulfilled, but still no product over a week later. Clearly they changed the shipping status to make it harder for me to dispute with my bank as they may question if I did receive the items in the end, but I can assure you I have not. Pathetic company

Avoid this company. We are still waiting for our order to be delivered, we are going to report it and instruct our lawyers to look into it.

ordered ear cleaning drops from this company on the 23rd of November and paid for fast delivery. Not sure what their excuse is for not sending the products out or even responding to one of the multiple emails I have sent them, messaged on facebook or rung their telephone number. I am about to report them to Action Fraud and Trading Standards, concidentally as soon as I had purchased from them I have had multiple fraudulent use on my bank card. Coincidence or what?

I have returned an item more than a month ago (after this has been approved for return) and my refund hasn't been processed yet. Sent them 4 emails and they are simply ignoring me.

I have proof of delivery to the address they provided to send the item back to, as well as proof of email conversations with Maria and tracking number from Royal Mail. My next step will be to raise a complaint to the Costumer Protection Agency.

I still receive newsletters from them so I'm pretty sure someone sees all the emails from their customers!
This is just not right!

It seems I am not the only one who has not received their products and has had zero communication from customer service after three emails asking where my two boxes of teeth cleaning wipes were. Giving them the benefit of the doubt to rectify but nothing!
Such a shame as the product looks good but I have wasted £30… my advice don’t waste your money on something you won’t receive.

Placed an order in September and it never arrived. Company hasn’t responded to my messages. It’s safe to say I’ve been scammed. Please avoid unless you want to lose your money too.

Ordered two items only 1 received emailed 4 times twice through the ‘contact us’ link and twice directly - no response. Poor customer service will not be using again
Reading reviews seems to be a theme of them only sending half of customer orders

I wish I could do a minus star. I got the wrong order, no big deal I thought I’ll have them swap it. I emailed Saturday morning, it’s not Thursday and I’ve had no response, I tried another email I’ve also DM’d on Instagram and Facebook and tried to call the phone number. No answer, huge scam. It’s a shame as the products look good

Would be a zero if I could. Saw an advert and thought it was worth trying on my dog’s teeth. 4 weeks later and no product and no replies to any queries. Direct message on instagram - first one was answered all other have been ignored. No refund. No product. No apology. Company is either a scam or has gone bust

Saw an Instagram ad on 30 September, placed an order as my dog hates brushing hoping their product will help. Said 3-5 day delivery in the confirmation email. Cool.

No word by 13 October, sent an email asking for an update. Another 5 days later asking for a refund. Should have checked here first because I don't think I'm comfortable using the product on my dog anyway.

Nothing now on 22 October. Coming up to a month after I paid £27+ for something I have no idea will ever arrive that I don't even want.

The package took over a month to arrive, and when it did, everything looked dusty and old and unreliable. The products smell purely of chemicals and my dog hates the taste of everything. He refuses to drink the water with the water additive and hates the taste of the tooth paste. My dog is hold beagle had Labrador, so it’s usually VERY hard to find something he doesn’t like. The dry shampoo also makes him smell like chemicals. Every time I tried to correspond with them, they tools ages to respond (if at all). DO NOT use this company. I would recommend everyone use Nutripaw.
