Discriminating Treatment

I felt offended and discriminated as my concern was treated differently. I can overcome my frustration over the poor performance of the product that i purchased but when i was treated with such offending manner buy telling me that Oura has this policy that prohibits from having a replacement from which i am entitled, be delivered in the Philippines when in fact, my wife has the same concern and hers was shipped out to the same address. I felt that i am being treated as a fool and i need an answer as to why was i treated differently.

Impeccable customer service

The ring is good and the app is excellent—it’s become an essential part of my health and wellbeing efforts over the last 3 years. However, with such fierce competition, I think their key selling point is customer service. You really can’t beat the level of care Oura offers. Any issue you experience is remotely diagnosed and the resolutions offered are second to none. Special thanks to Kai for helping me with my issues!

Do not recommend

I would never purchase from this company. I stored my ring during back to back pregnancies as per their instructions and when my ring finally fit me again (about 2 years later) it would not charge past 1%. Of course my warranty ran out so they will not replace it. I paid a lot of money up front for something that did not last and I am very disappointed. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Also the customer service is all automated and you can’t speak to a person on the phone.

Recently my gen3 battery life started to quickly die. So I reached out and they immediately offered a free upgrade! The customer service team was quick to respond and extremely helpful and kind. I recommend OURA to everyone!
