If there was an option to leave less than one star I would!! I've sent back a pair of shoes few hours after receiving them. It's been over 10 days that no contact as been made from them. I keep calling them and every time they tell me something different meanwhile they have my money and the shoes that I've return in immaculate conditions. I feel like I've been scammed.

Ounass, refuse refunds on unsubstantial claims
Purchased a pair of heels from Ounass that I returned in due time because of poor fit. I knew the shoes weren’t my fit from trying just one from the pair and without walking in the shoes for fit check. Ounass however didn’t accept the return (and consequently refused refund) on the claim that the shoes were damaged when received.
Puzzled, I explained to them how I had the shoes on for just a few seconds and that the damage couldn’t have been done by me. I urged them to consider the possibility of damage being done by a previous customer or their staff. Claiming that they had proof against both possibilities, Ounass continued to allege that the damage was done when the shoes were returned by me.
Since this is a grey area (both parties claiming that damage wasn’t done by them) I requested Ounass to review my shopping history (of about 18 months) which would show that never in the past has there been any such issue with items I’ve returned. Sympathetic as they were, Ounass still refused the return.
Just as I was about to accept my unfortunate fate, I came across a Facebook Group where members discussed having the exact experience with Ounass . Thereafter, I went on to their Facebook page and saw similar reviews. This is when my frustration with Ounass reached its peak, and I decided to leave a public review.
While Ounass may have been decent retailers at some point, it appears that they are now refusing refunds on unsubstantial claims. And unfortunately, consumers have no option but to give in.
With my experience (and reading about other people’s experiences) I sincerely question Ounass’ integrity.
I have decided to never shop with Ounass. And I urge everyone to reconsider Ounass as you don’t want to be the next customer caught in their corporate greed.
P.S. I did ask for pictures of the damage and in all honesty, it didn’t seem like damage to me; at least to the extent that they refused refund. It was just a couple light spots on the sole of the shoe.
P.P.S., I did go to Consumer Rights, which was another futile experience (apparently Consumer Rights doesn’t have jurisdiction to reach out to retailers). The only “positive” that came out from the interaction is that apparently Consumer Rights have made a note my woeful experience and if they receive more of such complaints, it’ll impact Ounass’ trade license (bizarre).

I've been trying to resolve my situation for more than 10 days and nothing has come through, just an automatic message when I get in touch.
I returned the PERFECT product the next day, in the bag, with the tag, just because it was a large size.
After contacting me for so long, they told me that the product was damaged in the sleeve and they couldn't refund me the amount, they sent me a photo that didn't show any damage and they didn't solve my problem, I'm being HARMED and very DISAPPOINTED
Ounass, The most atrocious customer service
The most atrocious customer service. A device I ordered less than 6 months ago stopped working. Contacted them on 11th September, since then its robotic responses on emails, requests to send them a video of a device that doesn't switch on because "their team cannot start investigation without first receiving a video"! When the size of video was too big to email, I sent it to their WhatsApp. Well guess what? Their policy doesn't allow sending videos via whatsap. I compressedthe video and managed to send it via email. Guess what? After 3 days of not hearing from them, they finally said I NEED TO CONTACT THEM ON WHATSAP TO PROVIDE FURTHER DETAILS!!!!! I contacted them for the 5th time on whatsap only to hear that I need to send a video on email!!!! FOR CRYIMG OUT LOUD, A NUMCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ! Finally they said to this moment no complain had been registered, hence that's why no update. Today its 26th September and I never received any update or response. Bunch of scammers

Wow I wish I had checked out Ounass on this website before purchasing anything with them!
I made a purchase of two pairs of designer shoes, the same shoes in two sizes. I kept the pair of shoes that fit and organised the collection of the second pair a day later. I honestly tried them on for less than 2 mins inside my home. Two weeks later I got a call from Ounass saying there is an issue with the shoes and they need to look into the matter more before issuing me a refund. It's absolutely ridiculous as the shoes do not fit me, and I kept the pair that did.
If it was an item of clothing I could understand where they MIGHT be some discrepancy, but it's shoes that I bought two sizes of!? It's been 2 weeks since that initial call, I have requested to speak to a manager and to be sent evidence of the so-called damage. A manager rang me last Saturday (gone 10pm!) and just repeated the same message, he was meant to call me on Wednesday with an update. They keep ignoring my emails and I am getting nowhere. I feel cheated by them and honestly will never shop with them again.
I am seeking legal advice and will be putting in a complaint to Gov Dubai consumer rights website.

Unjust Refund Denial
If there was an option for negative infinity that's what I would give Ounass. Another case of refund denial on false claims that the dress has stains. Funny enough they have shared pictures highlighting microscopic sized spots and claiming that the customer has done it. 3 weeks contesting my refund and no luck. They are the worst.

Awful to deal with. They didn’t return a dress I ordered because they said it was faulty. I am outraged. I contacted the customer care many times and complained and they told me I cannot do anything. An expensive dress that I am stuck with now. I am not surprised if they damaged it themselves to keep the money. I tried it on once and took it off directly. It is shocking how they deal with customer. Would never purchase from them again.

Claims that your item is damaged as not to refund you, bearing in mind that the shoes didn’t even fit so there’s no chance of any sole damages as they haven’t been worn. After my complaint that their judgement was unjust, they shipped back the item to me anyway. Never again with this horrible service. Must be my worst retail experience to date.

Ounass rejected the return, even though I returned them exactly the way I got them within the same hour..pls be careful I heard from too many review they have done the same to them . Worst customer service in the world
Placed an order with a 2h delivery. Waited at home to received it until I got a SMS saying that attempt delivery failed as I was not at home. They didn’t even try to call me. Called the customer service and the guy told me “I’m afraid I cannot support as you don’t speak English properly and we only help luxury customers”, then he hung up. Unbelievable? Unfortunately it did happened to me.

As per other reviews, they claim your return is faulty and don’t return your money. How can it be faulty as I hadn’t even opened the box!

Worst service. Very deceiving information on service. It's been 5hrs and I still don't have my order which was supposed to be delivered in 2hours . Empty box deliveries
Hi my name is Murtaza and I am writing regarding the shocking experience I had with this company. My order ID is POU061585110 and escalation number is 02801552. I have been shopping with Ounass for a while now and even visited their FOG pop up. I had ordered a YSL bracelet for my partners birthday on June 21 and received an empty box. After, one week of calling them non stop they seem to give the same generic script which is provided to them. Zero customer service and I realized this tends to be a common occurrence with high end luxury goods such as YSL, LV, etc. The company never calls back and says we looked at the CCTV footage from the warehouse. Their “luxury” packages are tied by a piece of ribbon which is quite ironic. I would like to reach out to everyone who had similar experiences because it is clear to me what has occurred. I will not stop calling them until I get my money back as this is unethical on so many levels. I would advise anyone who is ordering to open the package in front of the delivery driver and to buy your goods from the actual store. Because in hindsight it is worth paying the extra premium to ensure the service and product you are paying for. Please reach out to me if you had a similar experience. 054 529 3839.
