Placed an order

Placed an order. Received an email my order is confirmed, after 7 days I want to check if everything is ok. I sent an email - no reply. I call on the 10th day barely able to reach someone after calling for 40mins. They tell me they didn't have my order in stock, so it's not going to be processed. Need to think of a birthday present for tomorrow :-/ and hope they are actually going to refund me. Really bad experience. Wouldn't try shopping there ever again.
