Pricey but you get what you pay for.
More time is spent in bed than any other thing so buy the best you can.

Original hybrid mattress
There was a problem over collection and delivery, which was supposed to be on the same day, but ended up being on separate consecutive days. Your customer service officer investigated, called back promptly with an update, and offered a refund of the collection charge by way of apology, even though it was the fault of the carrier, not Otty.
We are very happy with the mattress, which is as comfortable as we were hoping.

5* Bamboo Mattress with Charcoal
Sleeping on a new mattress is always going to be subjective matter
It took me months of research to finally buy the Otty Pure Hybrid Bamboo Mattress with Charcoal
I’m a side sleeper (about 80KGs, male, and really wasn’t sure which mattress to choose.
This mattress is hands down comfortable and so great to sleep in. Very comfortable, soft but also reasonably firm if that makes sense.
Great mattress. The delivery communications could have been slightly better but the guys who delivered were great, old mattress out, new in, within minutes. Super swift

Unprompted review
Good mattress, poor delivery
The mattress (OTTY Aura) is very good. Supportive and comfortable. However, the delivery was poor. It was scheduled for between 16:30 and 18:30 but arrived at 21:30. The box had been opened at one end and there were holes torn in the side of it. The inner bag didn't seem to have been opened so I did not send it back but it was disappointing.

My order never arrived.
My order never arrived. Lost by DHL apparently. Email to Otty asking for help ignored. Phoned them and a replacement is being sent but using the same courier so don't hold out much hope.

Delivery was to the wrong location by DPD who claimed they had a signature - they didn’t. The pillow was as advertised and my husband loves his but it was too firm for me - so now he has two.

Sleeping is bliss
Brilliant to help with our extra hard mattress. Sleep is bliss now, i had lots of issues with my shoulders on the harder mattress even though it helped my lower back. This has saved me alot of money on a new mattress.

Mediocre quality and poor customer service
I bought my charcoal and bamboo mattress a few years back and it's been reasonable. This time I needed something a bit firmer as that one dipped in the middle after a year or two.
I bought the otty firm.
Not impressed. The cover is horrendously uncomfortable, it's got lots of bumps in it and you need a mattress topper to make it remotely comfortable. I called otty to try and see if anything could be done regarding swapping the cover over and the person on the phone was absolutely useless. Actually told me that it wasn't bumpy or uncomfortable as he had the same mattress and basically my imagination.
The mattress doesn't scream longevity either. It's already dipping in the middle.
Won't be buying from otty again sadly.

I’d like to clarify that the cover on the OTTY Firm mattress is specific to that model and isn’t interchangeable with other OTTY covers. It’s designed to work alongside the firmer comfort layers, so unfortunately it’s not something we’re able to swap.
We also want to be transparent that this isn’t something we’ve come across before, and this is the first complaint we’ve received regarding the Firm cover being uncomfortable. We’re not aware of any wider issues with it, but we do appreciate all feedback.
I’m sorry that we weren’t able to offer further assistance when you contacted us — that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
If you are still within your sleep trial period, you would be eligible to return the mattress for a full refund, and we’d be happy to help arrange that for you.
