After I paid in $145 full for my item and shipping, I got a text from DHL saying they were holding my package until I paid $75 more. When I contacted the company, they directed me to some fine-print about how customs is my responsibility.

If you are going to sell internationally, the seller should have a system that clearly states the total price at checkout. Very simple stuff.

First time ordering from this company. I looked at the size guide several times before purchasing. I wear a 30” waist but assumed that because the brand is Australian, it might run a bit smaller so I ordered a large which is stated to be a 32” waist. Once I received the product, tried them on and no way is that a 32” waist. I explained this to them when I was returning the item. I paid over $40 on top of the cost of item and shipping to return it.
I was issued a store credit but the pants were no longer available and I was/am very hesitant to order anything because of the size discrepancy in their charts. And if I wanted to order the pants I would have to pay even more to receive the product. Please explain how this is good customer service. I’ll wait.
Basically, I asked for refund. I felt as though customer service was very slow to respond. They pretty much called me a liar saying they measured all their pants in the warehouse and found no issues. And I should have told them my issue and they would have had me take a photo. Which I did tell them that and no one said to take a photo.
But I’m reading other reviews that are the same as my issues. Slow and lacking customer service along with inaccurate size guides. The customer service refuses to accommodate a customer request. It costs you nothing too little to refund my money. This entire process has taken over a month. That is unacceptable.
I highly discourage anyone who has never ordered their product to stay away.

Rose was an absolute legend and so helpful despite the million and one questions I had. Have been following Ottway online for a long time and they didnt disappoint!!

I saw the store from the street and just knew I had to get in. The clothes are beautiful and the fabric is very nice, I ended up buying the prettiest jacket and having a great chat with the girl who works there!!

The store is very pretty and the staff soo cute! She is very helpful!
