Product faulty, customer service rubbish

I bought a magnetic bracelet, it was black. When it arrived it was fine but within a month the magnetism stopped and the black wore off. I contacted them and got a response basically saying I had to notify them of the problems within 10 days of receiving it. I explained that it was fine for almost a month and if they only guarantee them for 10 days they obviously had no confidence in the quality. Got another response saying it's their policy to only refund/replace in the first 10 days. Disgusting!
I wish I'd read the reviews here before ordering.

Otto Whale responded to me

Otto Whale responded to me, saying they cannot give me a retbecause it not damaged. Now, they don'f show what you are buying, because if I would have seen those two small packets I would have never ordered them. I ordered two which cost me $15.88 for two small packets of root stimulator, for plants. Please if you can’t see what you are buying from them don’t order because they are not refunding unless it’s damage. I will never ever order anything from this company. They are bad news.

be careful

be careful. There advertising product and what u get are two separate things and when they say they will rectify their error, u don’t here anything further so the items I paid for as no use what so ever as I don’t have the gadget to use with them unless I purchase the gadget on top of what I have already paid for and never received.

OTTOWHALE Scam Product-Root Stimulator

I purchased the Root Stimulator from OTTOWHALE. I did not realized it was based in China as their initial communication was in English. Received the product and it looked like dirt. It also did NOTHING to stimulate rooting in my plants! I contacted them and they asked that I provided pictures of the product. I did and had communication with them and eventually the told me that I received their "updated" product!!! They just BS me to get me frustrated. I submitted a review in their site and they only post geeo reviews that they may have paid people to do as my review was NEVER posted. This company is based in China and their product is junk!! DO NOT BUY!! In purchasing they also ask to give a tip which I generously did. I am out of $70.00 and have packets of dirt for it! BEWARE!!! The company is a scam! I wish I had seen this before as they are a scam and are dishonest!!! The Rootstimulator I purchased is not what I got. I have pictures and emails with them to prove my case.

i only wish i had seen this before i ordered. This company sent me items all in Chinese with NO translations and then on top of it sent one mechanical device with a European plug for a US order. This company then has no way to contact them and i had to escalate through Paypal and even still they only agreed to refund if I!!!!! returned at MY cost! This company should be sued!!!! Don't buy from them! They are liars and exploit consumers. They are a FRAUD!

Ottowhale, aka littleplayland limited,

Ottowhale, a dishonest misleading company that has several different names with several addresses, all of which says made in america, yet no english words are written on (for example) the rapid rooting powder. I bought 4 bottles of this product, buy one get one free, I paid a total of $22.18 for these 4 bottles. This is what I bought, yet this is not what I got. I got 4 thin packets, each packet containing 1/2 a teaspoon of powder. $22.18 for a total of 2 teaspoons of a unknown powder? The tiny packets have one picture on them and the front and back contain no english, the language resembles chinese, no englush at all, no name, no directions at all. If you try to return this exspensive packet, you have to pay a 15% restocking fee. WOW, how misleading this product is. I dont care what other product this dishonest misleading company has for sale, I will never purchase their products or trust them ever again, a very dishonest misleading company!!!!

Stay away from Otto Whale

Stay away from Otto Whale. Scam. I bought a phone from them over two weeks ago, tried tracking the package and it seems the tracking number doesn’t exist ..sent email reminders to them but got no response...instead you get bombarded with spam text messages and emails of new deals they don’t want to to miss out on.....definitely fraudulent

Rubbish

I lodged a complaint about an item I bought from them over 3 weeks ago. I supplied all the info and pics they requested and have had no response.
The item - hair drying wrap - is ridiculously small. Certainly not as listed or as pictured

Fraud!!! Do not trust this company.

Decided to look at some products I had seen being sold on instagram via this company. In order to see the total price i had to log into paypal (which is normally fine because, nothing gets processed until you click complete purchase, which I did not) decided not to buy item and then 30 minutes later I had an email from paypal saying I had bought the item! Emailed the company and asked them to cancel the purchase, they responded saying it would take 6 weeks to do so. Not even sure if that will happen as i've had emails since, saying my item was being packed and sent. So frustrated and annoyed. Also in just the two days since this has happened I have received 16 different newsletters and 3 SMS texts from them. I have now reported them to Paypal. Do not trust this company.
