Still no shipment.

I ordered 3 items in July, 2 weeks later still no shipment of the order. Emailed customer services and have been informed it will be another 10 weeks before my order is even shipped, because apparently there are 'pre-ordered' items in it. There was no indication of anything being out of stock when I placed the order. Now I don't even know if I'll have it by Christmas, let alone soon.
Edit: just received an email saying my refund has been processed! I never asked for a refund! Guess I'm not getting my order at all then, yeah?
Do NOT order from them.

DO NOT DRY IN MACHINE unless you want to dress your infant instead

I love Kris’ videos- probably have seen all of them by now, so I wanted to show support and purchase a few of her items.

The experience was not great. And I don’t blame her- it’s most likely largely outsourced and manufactured elsewhere so a lot of the experience is probably out of her control.

It shipped from China- according to the tracking. Which made sense why it took soooo long to arrive. Apparently, based on the other review here many items are just always on “back order” and this caused a “delay in shipping”. It’s actually because it comes from China. This should just be disclosed and a better estimate of shipping clearly displayed when ordering. All items I purchased very clearly showed as “in stock” when I bought them. I wanted out of stock items but the website doesn’t even let you get on a waitlist- so my purchased items were obviously shown as in stock then.

Well time passed and I didnt get an update. I reached out to support and that’s when they told me a few items were on back order. I replied back when anyone was going to tell me that and wondered if I hadn’t reached out they would have just let me wait months before anything happened. I wanted to remove the back ordered items and replace with in stock items but no one responded. I then, days later, reached out again… but again, no response.
I did not get a response until just before my order would finally arrive and they could say “oh yes it shipped already, you should receive shortly”. Conveniently waited until then.

I got Large In Everything for an oversized look. I had to guess because there weren’t many reference photos or sizing guidance.
Well when I tried them on THEY WERE ALL HUGE, swimming in them. So i decided I would wash them all since they just left a factory and crossed an ocean and dry on delicate very cold air gentle cycle. Yes the tag says air dry- but I hoped the light delicate would shrink it just a tad. My dryer is very advanced and has lightly dried many of my expensive and even silk and wool items (using the correct settings on The knob of course)

Welp, all that said, they could probably fit an infant now.

All this waiting and chaos and now they’re ruined.

Unfortunately, in this current state of production and fulfillment I don’t recommend the merch yet.

It has potential though but somewhere in the fulfillment process someone needs to be let go- whether manufacturer, customer service, distributor… there’s a broken link somewhere. Once replaced I think she could be very successful because her vision and style design are amazing (that’s why I initially bought them), quality of material felt good. The cap on the yellow hoodie sweater is terrible tho. I like the no string idea but the neckline is too snug and it makes the hood bunch up and it feels like someone is choking me.

Hoodie and dragon order

I ordered a hoodie and stuffed dragon for my granddaughters birthday. I ordered it in October and her birthday is on December 11th. I thought for sure I would have it for her birthday but the dragon is on backorder so they won't ship my order until the dragon is available. If I knew how long it would take to get the order I wouldn't have ordered it but it was what my granddaughter wanted. I am still hoping I get it before her birthday. I haven't received any updates on when the order would ship.
