Order arrived in 2.5 weeks but I received no email or anything about the dispatch ... the courier just knocked on my door when I was about to open a dispute with my bank as I thought it was a scam.

Great prices, easy ordering and fast delivery (although I didn't care if it came in 5 or in 15 days...). Very happy and satisfied with the glasses (Ray-Ban prescription glasses). I recommend this store. A+++++

Not a serious website
Watch out! these are scammers. It is not a serious website.
I placed an order for 4 frames: on day 1, they told me that the frames I ordered are not in stock (it was not mentioned in their website) and that the waiting time is 25 days. I replied saying that I am OK to wait the 25 days although it was not said that they are not in stock. On day 2, they said that the goal of my order is to try the frames and that to avoid return shipping cost they can cancel my order. I replied saying that if I like the frames, I will surely keep them and if I don't like some of them, I am fine with returning them at my personal cost. They replied saying that it is against their policy to order more than 2 frames!! really!!!. On day 3, they cancelled my order and ignored all my emails asking them to reimburse me.
So in summary, this website does not have what they sell in stock. They don't allow you to order more than 2 frames and do not want you to return any frame even if you are paying return fees. They can decide any time to cancel you order and will not reimburse you

I got faulty glasses and I made two (2) reclamations via E-mail but you did not pay any attention.

Good. Worth it.
Yap. I bought a pair of Prada and shipped to Prague. They were real and new, no scratches. Original box. Everything good. One weird thing was there was a number on the lens written in fine ink, but I washed it off easily with my finger.

Too long for processing the order. On page we have 6-8 business days but after 12 days (3 weeks) I have no answear what is going on. No money, no answear. Still waiting.
