order not arriving.tried to contact them several times but never get anyone on the phone.left a message for them to contact me.but nobody has.i am not impressed with their customer service.if it stays like this i would not this recomend this firm to any one.
Bought crocs for my granddaughter for Christmas ordered the correct size as she already has several pairs, when she opened them at Christmas they were too small. When we looked into it we were told crocs made in China and Vietnam vary in size. We called otterburn mill, who said they were not aware of that, but we could return at our cost, so £5 for delivery and £5 to return and we-are £10 out of pocket and no crocs. Poor service when they don’t know about what they sell.
The cafe at Otterburn has been consistently excellent and vfm for the last 15 years we have been coming. In fact it’s more of a draw than the Mill In recent years. But today it was poor. And not good vfm. I think in the early days it was run by somebody local for the Mill, it changed hands a couple of years ago and remained excellent but I have a feeling given the standard of the hot meals today that it’s changed hands again. I am afraid I probably won’t make the effort to come again unless I am passing and then probably just for a cuppa and cake (which I have to say did look very good).
