After 3 years as an OTR Mobile customer…
After 3 years as an OTR Mobile customer I am more than displeased with the Co. this year. After offering a new router this year I took them up on their offer to use with a 21 day satisfaction trial period. The router was ineffective: constant "cannot connect", service drops and horrible speeds (4mbps dn, 0-1up) I gave up. Called customer service to return the router and they sent me their mailing address. Not A RETURN LABEL, their mailing address. So I'm supposed to pay to return this POS they sent me. Unsatisfactory. If this is not resolved in a more professional manner I will never do business with them again. Indeed, I will make it my life's goal to discourage as many people as I can, in any way I can, on any site I can, to never use and /or trust OTR Mobile.
