We understand your standing point. However, charging those return fees is part of our core mission and our return policy.
Our purpose at Otrium is for all clothing to be worn. We hope our customers will find gems they’ll love on our site and try to avoid buying items unnecessarily. Thousands of returned clothing items are discarded/destroyed every year, and we are making it part of our mission to minimize this issue. It is for this reason that we do not cover shipping or return costs.
