Shipping was quick and there were no issues. I just wished that the minimum free shipping would be lower than 150€. Other than that it was great.

Excellent customer service
While I had issues with DHL and didn't receive my order. I got a very nice note from Elliot in the customer service team. He seems to have gone to extra lengths to track my package, check for a replacement and issue me a refund. So while I didn't get what I want I will definitely shop with Otrium again.
