It was Ok while it lasted. One year later and it won't turn on or take a charge.

I first ordered from Othemo Black Friday 2024. We got a large pack and they were well loved and used frequently by our family of 8. The light is awesome for reading, running, doing laundry, jobs outside, etc. I loved them so much that I decided to gift them to our Sunday School teachers for Christmas 2025. Almost every single box that I personally opened from this shipment were already coming apart straight out of the box. (I have photos to show the issue.) Extremely disappointed. The quality plummeted from 2024 to 2025. I would no longer recommend these and I regret giving them out as Christmas gifts.

I ordered several for Xmas presents. Everyone loved them. One of the keychain lights was flawed though. I emailed the company and they sent a new one to me. Everyone is very happy with their lights and I'm very happy with your customer service. They were nice, helpful and professional.

These lights are great. The company is very responsive to emails. I received a defective key chain light. I notified them via email. They responded back very quickly with a solution then replaced the light quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.

The products are very cheaply made. I wouldn’t buy again. I will say that their customer service is pretty good in that they sent replacements when both the keychain and headlamp fell apart. But that doesn’t help the 3 others I gifted to family.

Maybe if the light you receive works it will be fine. The one I received for Christmas did not work. The warranty is worthless so their product is worthless. There are plenty of alternative headlights to choose from. Othemo should be avoided.

Same crap quality as temu trash. Already broken within few weeks

I was contacted by the company to update my last review as my product had been delayed Christmas 2024.
They sent 3 new headlights and a small torch that fits on my key ring. All products work really well my husband is really pleased as he does a lot of DIY.

An elderly friend who is housebound saw my mini light and wanted one as it’s small but very bright. I give it 4 as it would be better for older hands if you didnt have to click through all modes to put it off. Otherwise a good handy and little torch that packs a punch light wise

Nurses have a thing about safety. I shared Othema with colleagues as Christmas/New Year’s presents. Easy to use in multiple ways, in dark parking lots before or after clinic. Share the light! Stay safe.

Great headlamps. They seem a bit flimsy though. One of them came out of the box with wires exposed, and one wire connection broke. However, they sent out a new headlamp right away.

I love my headlight and my little nightlight. I have it on my purse and use it for walking in the parking lot at night so I don’t trip on the curb. It’s very handy for working in my shed that does not have electricity. I love them both

I bought these for the guys in my family. They love it! You would have thought they hit the lottery! They can’t stop talking about how easy and accessible the light is and how you are hands free! Best gift ever!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Ordering a product on line is always a risk. Quality and/or communication can be all over the place. I have been disappointed more often than pleased, however...the team at Othemo treated me like I was a shareholder! Michaela in particular was approachable, courteous and competent. I had a problem with the order and she served me and solved all the issues with prompt, friendly attention. This company is top notch and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

At first after opening the box, I was impressed. Nice looking and bright. My wife bought the 230 head lamp as a gift last Christmas. I used it literally two times until a week ago that I pulled it out of the box and it was acting up. I figured it needed to be fully charged, so I charged it up and still, it was not working. It would turn on, but will shut off after 3 seconds. Contacted the company and after sending them a video, they said it was not under warranty any longer!
Seeing that it malfunctioned after 3 times, I would not recommend it.

Battery failed on our headset after 13months of light use. Company not willing to sort. AVOID.

Do not buy. Order never showed up and they never refunded my money.
Customer service just kept moving delivery date, but never delivered.
Poor service. Don't buy.

I order this product almost a month ago, the website said 4-8 days for delivery. Customer support apologized for the delay but has not offered to get ahold of their shipping company to find out why the delay. Tracking information is not up to date. I am upset as it was part of a Christmas gift but I could accept the delay if I knew it was going to be delivered soon. I had to ask for the shipping companies information. So now I am going to have to track this down, so more work for the customer not the company. Very disappointing and I am not even certain if the quality of the product is worth it. I was hesitant to order and now I am worried I will be out the money and nothing to show for it.

This order took almost a month! Also the tracking services were terrible!

I placed my order on Dec 7 and began the wait. A USPS label was created on Dec 13. As of today, December 29, USPS has not yet received my order. I bought 10 lamps with the plans of sharing them with family and friends during the holidays. That didn’t happen. I will never order from this company again.
