The delay wasn't due to them - COVID took the blame on that. The product was exactly how I thought it would be and as soon as it got shipped it came in a reasonable amount of time.

The product arrived on time and was in good condition but it took a long time for the customer service to respond.

This was my first time ordering from Otaku Square, first time ordering something from Europe, and first time ordering a figure from FOTS Japan, a manufacturer which is known to be pretty iffy with their quality and packaging. All of this while in the midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic. Despite all this, my experience shopping at Otaku Square was outstanding. After 2 months of waiting, the figure finally arrived at my home country in Venezuela, and upon inspection, she was able to survive the long trek in 99% near-perfect condition. All of this thanks to the excellent packaging they provided for the figure. Not only she was inspected beforehand to make sure everything was okay, but they even added extra cotton and bubble wrap padding inside her box. Then, they proceeded to add lots of air cushioning to the other box containing the packaging of the figure. All of this resulted in a hassle-free journey for this extremely fragile. I noticed a very, very diminutive shard from the back of her hair did break during shipping, but 99% of the figure itself came in perfect condition, so I have nothing more but utmost satisfaction from the way they packaged her. I also managed to get my figure at a very reasonable price considering everything, so, in the end, I'm nothing but pleased with my experience shopping at Otaku Square. Great guys. I'd definitely recommend them to all fellow collectors out there.

The figure I ordered arrived some time later than I would have received from other sites. Packing was very well done to prevent box and figure damage. Overall I had a good experience.

As a customer in the US this purchase was a solid experience. Item arrived reasonably fast (especially considering the current state of things) and the price was the best I could find at the time of purchase. The only negative worth mentioning was that the figure box seems to have been dented in on the back leaving a concave shape. I'm sure if you order more locally this won't be an issue.

I believe a 4.5 star if I could.
For one thing my package came in way sooner than the estimated date, even the estimated date was way quicker than I expected especially with the pandemic so I am extremely impressed & pleased- with that at least.
I was super worried when I seen the box, it was pretty darn smooshed and I was sure I would have damage on the figure box and was just hoping to figure itself was at least okay- but! Luckily even with the minimal bubble wrap in the shipped box, Even the figure box itself was perfectly fine idk how, luck what’s on my side.
My other purchase came in perfectly fine though, so I’d I trust doing an expensive purchase from here again.

Service offered was quite good. They had the merchandise I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Received good information after I placed my order and was notified timely when it shipped.

However, I did have some small issues with the packaging of the merchandise inside the shipping container. The airbags used as packing material had mostly deflated during shipment, leaving the merchandise inside free to move around with little protection. I can appreciate the environmental and economic impact of using such eco-friendly packaging over bubble wrap or foam packing materials, but I was dismayed to see that this did in fact cause some damage to the merchandise packaging. For more fragile items this would be unacceptable, but thankfully my order was otherwise in good shape.

Will certainly look to use the service in the future, but I definitely hope to see improvement in the packing of merchandise.

I had ordered 6 figures and received 5. Customer service was able to explain the reason one was missing, answer any question I had and refund it in a very quick manner. The rest of the items arrived in perfect condition and the parcel tracker worked through and through. Great service, outstanding and helpful customer service, especially in the current state of the world.

After a half a year of waiting (totally not their fault, it was a pre-order) they delivered. Throughout this time I was being updated about the delays (covid stuff) and expected delivery time so I knew they remember about my order. The item was in great condition and well packed.

Shopped there 2 times now, and both times, quick delivery, package in tip top shape when I got it, nothing to really be negative about, thumbs up from here.

This is the third time buying from Otaku. And when I think I’ve seen it all with customer service, or deliveries, they impress me once more. The delivery was fast. The item inside the box was wrapped perfectly and the customer service through email was respectfully fast. Thank you for another lovely shopping experience.

I waited a little over a month for my bat to come in, but I can understand because of the coronavirus. However, the bat i received is perfect! I absolutely love it. Plus, I received it on Harley Quinn’s birthday, according to the comics! It was pretty cool.

-Item arrived quickly. Was shipped from EUR to USA and took a little under two weeks (I live in the US and expected a long wait due to the current world affairs)

-Box was handled with care upon delivery. Item was protected on all sides with air pouches.

-Unfortunately the figure box had a dent in it. The item wasn't advertised as second-hand, so I'm assuming the air pouches used during transit expanded due to the elevation change and pushed on the figure box. (not a deal breaker for me but other collectors should should be aware that this is a possibility is ordering from outside of Europe.

My Zoro themed baseball cap showed up a month ahead of schedule! (Pre-ordered it)

As I had purchased it as my own birthday present it was a pleasant surprise to have it show up early. Not to mention how great it looks!
