I recently ordered an HP laptop replacement battery, and my overall experience—especially with the customer service—was excellent.
The order arrived quickly and exactly on time, and I was pleased to find that the box included everything needed for the replacement, which made the installation process straightforward.
Unfortunately, the initial battery I received was faulty and would not charge after installation. This is where the company truly shined. I immediately contacted their support team. They replied very quickly and, without any fuss, shipped a replacement battery out to me as quickly as possible.
The second battery worked perfectly right out of the box and has been holding a great charge ever since.
I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I wholeheartedly recommend this site. Their willingness to quickly resolve the issue proves they are committed to customer happiness and stand behind their products.

Can't complain
Can't complain. Ordered new battery to my Asus laptop. Order went smoothly (minor hickup due to order system failling to store correctly scandic characters in address), communication was good, parcel tracking was good (GLS in this case), delivery was pretty fast (ordered on 21.4, arrived on 29.4. from stock in France to Finland), and based into 2 days of testing, battery has worked as expected.

An absolutely impossible machine, where the battery life has always been bad. Now I tried to replace the new battery according to the instructions and as a result the machine no longer works at all. You can only recycle both the machine and the new battery. My first machine ever that failed to replace the battery. Absolutely total waste of money...

The battery was about 1 mm thicker on one side than the original. Therefore the cover could not be screwed tightly so that the touch pad could move and allow clicking.

The delivery time to Finland was about 14 days. Quite reasonable.
I ordered two different batteries, but two of the same kind were delivered.
