Professional and with good humour

I’ve just bought and sold through the Osprey office in Oakham and the whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. I found communication with all the team was easy and questions handled quickly, accurately and in relaxed and professional manager, led by Maria the office manager.

The sale/purchase tends to be a tiring and emotive process and mine was at a time when solicitors were clearly overstretched due to high level of market activity, compounded by the inevitably slow conveyancing process. However, I was kept informed and guided through the process with clarity and good humour.
