DO NOT USE.
I purchased a one-off use for an Instagram competition we were running, but the product simply doesn’t work.

You’re required to log in via Facebook first, after which it’s meant to connect automatically. Instead, it just loads a blank page and repeatedly asks you to log in again.

There’s also no usable customer support. The chat function is AI-only and unhelpful, and the “submit a ticket” link doesn’t work at all.

I attempted to request a refund, but there’s no way to contact anyone to do so.

If zero stars were an option, I'd choose that. The advertised 7-day money-back guarantee is a sham. The mobile software lacks crucial features, preventing me from drawing competition winners and sharing results via screen recording. Customer service was not only unhelpful but also shockingly rude when I sought a refund. Their response? A blunt response, accompanied by condescending remarks. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company – false advertising and terrible customer service make it one to avoid at all costs.

Super Awesome experience, We used Osortoo over Facebook, instagram, and youtube contest. I did faced some issues which i was able to resolve in no time while connecting their customer support. It's one one stop solution to run the contests and my team just loved it.

I used Osortoo one time just to test the app. I was curious and has a lot of questions on how to use this specially I am running a new small business and I want to boost my sales. I was surprised when I talked to a support they said that we can schedule a virtual meeting and they helped me thru video call presentation on how I can use the app and answered all my questions right there. I definitely enjoy using Osortoo for my giveaways as they have the best product and wonderful customer support service. I am using this now regularly on my events.

Good experience! We used Osortoo to pick a comment from a Facebook contest. There was one issue where the platform was taking a while to pull our winner, but I contacted their Support and it was easily fixed. I would use this tool again!

We were looking to purchase a plan to help us pick a winner from a give away post on Instagram. Our post had more than 4000 comments. We chose Osortoo after checking the reviews here on trustpilot.

Moments after we bought the plan, and while we were trying to find the give away post through their system, the post disappeared from our account! Nowhere to be found.. There was nothing in the 'Recently Deleted', which makes sense as we didn't delete it.

Very disappointing outcome. And nobody from this company claimed responsibility. If you don't want to jeopardise your reputation and credibility, stay away from Osortoo.

I can recommend Osertoo as it offers a lot and has very flexible plans.

I have tried a few giveaway tools but this one works the best! It's easy to set up and have it randomly choose a winner. The support team is also very responsive and helpful!

Great drawing & marketing software
Osortoo is an 'all-on-one' platform for marketing. If you can't get value from it, ask for help, they really have a great support. Really love the One bio link like linktree, the winner picker and the wetransfer style landing page
