Ösno customer service very poor
I bought 2 sets of children's snow gear (pants and coat) in November. I purchased them large so they would do for next winter too and they were given as Christmas gifts. In March, on the first and only wash, the seams opened up under both arms of one of the jackets and the insulation came out in the washing machine. Both pants and the second coat came out nicely, but the 1 coat is absolutely useless. I contacted Ösno and was told they don't really believe that can have happened in one wash, there much have been excessive strain on the garment, and that their manufacturers defect warranty is only for 3 months past the date of purchase. These are advertised as high-performance, luxury garments and I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service.
