A very efficient service and a good quality custom made Explorer map. The only negative is that I didn’t get a mobile phone digital download with the order; I found out in a phone call to OS that customer made maps don’t come with a digital download.

Great map arrived safely but it would have arrived much more quickly if you had used Royal Mail ! The delivery companies only come to my address on limited days not every day like Royal Mail .

Turning an Evri delivery error around
My map was originally delivered by Evri to the wrong address. OS. stepped up and sent out a second map via royal mail the next day. Such brilliant customer service.
