my order didn’t arrive
I have been waiting for my order for a month even though it was written that it would arrive in 15 days. I don't know what to do, they said they would notify the status of the order either by email or by phone but I have not received anything. 1 star because you can't get less

I never recieved my order
I ordered two attack on titan lamps in April, I'm still waiting for my order after four month and when I check my order infos it's still written: "awaiting fullfilment".

Item not received and the site is playing dead
I placed an order on this site for 2 items, on April 16, 2021.
The first item was delivered on time, but I never received the second item.
On the site, the status of my order is "partial".
I tried to contact them through the live chat, but I only received an automatic response telling me that it is closed!
My email of June 10 did not receive any response either !!
To date (July 1, 2021), I have not received the missing item or refund, and the site is playing dead !!

Incredible service!
There was a problem with an order, so I decided to write to the store and they did not take half an hour to answer me and help me with incredible kindness and patience. Without a doubt one of the best customer services I have seen in a long time, keep it up.
