The doctor called me instead of video…

The doctor called me instead of video chatted. Didn't even listen to my history told me that I should try a certain drug and I told her that I've tried it before and it didn't work and caused issues. She's still proceeded to prescribe it. I would've definitely avoid it was a five minute phone conversation where I wasn't even speaking.

Scam company

My experience with Oshi Health was extremely disappointing & left me feeling misled about the true cost of their services. I enrolled because Oshi Health was presented as an in-network virtual care provider through my health insurance. The service was marketed as a convenient and AFFORDABLE way to receive specialized gastrointestinal care. At no point during the enrollment process did I clearly understand that participating in the program would result in thousands of dollars in billed charges and a substantial patient financial responsibility. After my initial appointment, I was shocked to learn that Oshi had billed my insurance for an annual treatment plan costing approximately $2,700. Although insurance paid Oshi more than $1,800 of the claim, I was left responsible for $900 due to my deductible. Had I been clearly informed of these costs beforehand, I would never have enrolled. I immediately cancelled the program & disputed the charges with both Oshi Health and filed an appeal with my insurance company. While the claims were processed according to my insurance benefits, my concern is not how the claim was processed - it is the lack of transparency regarding the financial commitment required before enrollment. After researching further, I found other consumers reporting very similar experiences involving unexpected treatment plan fees & confusion about costs. In my opinion, Oshi Health needs to significantly improve its cost disclosures & ensure prospective patients fully understand the potential financial impact before agreeing to participate in the program. Patients should ask detailed questions about all fees, annual treatment plans, deductible obligations, & insurance billing practices before enrolling - better yet, avoid Oshi Health altogether. I wish I had known the true costs upfront. Oshi has refused to adjust the bill, & my insurance denied the appeal, so now I go to the BBB, Attorney General, & Florida Dept. of Financial Services.

Do not waste your money with this

Do not waste your money with this
“Healthcare provider”. We were billed almost $1000 for the service which consisted of literally nothing. We had 2 virtual visits with a PA who did zero tests, labs or gave any advice whatsoever. I will say the providers were pleasant and friendly . Met with a nutritionist twice which was absolutely unneeded. This company is a cash grab and in my opinion is taking advantage of people that don’t feel well. Save your time, money and frustration… they are useless!
