Order #8643 - Missing Package purchased on Feb 2, 2025

i bought a Dominion 2025 calender from your site, i have the tracking number for my package. Email said package shipped on March 7, 2025. Tracking number doesnt work and i haven't recieved any updates on my package since.

Hi Marquisha, I'm sorry to hear there have been issues with your order. We've had great difficulties in getting packages into the USA since the new administration came in about 6 months ago, as such we've been diverting shipping via our European shipping partners to work around this, which has lead to some delays. Given that this has been more than a month, we're going to chase things up with our courier partners to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. I'd just like to note, after checking your order, you also chose an untracked shipping option "Standard (Untracked)", and as such the information provided by our courier partner is purely for reference (as per our FAQs and T+C pages). We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and although so much of this is out of our hands, we still own it because we want to make it right. Well update i did get help i needed and all i have to say is us customs are annoying but i appreciate them for reaching out to get me my package

Dear Moe, we're sorry for the delay with your order. We had responded to your emails in duplicate and explained that the reason why the tracking appeared as delayed was due to an issue with US customs and that the shipping label had been generated automatically at the start of the order process after it was received. We had also agreed to refund your shipping cost, which has been processed by your chosen payment provider. As of the time of writing, I can see USPS is going to be delivering the item today (16-12-24). The only email I can find on file received was on 11/12/24, and if there has been previous contact emails sent then I can only apologise for our software letting us down with this. We have apologised for the delayed caused outside of our control with your shipment and have tried to rectify this as quickly as possible. We work hard as a micro business to try deal with changes to global shipping regulations as they happen, and will continue to improve as time advances.

Body pillow cover order

Although my order turned out to be a bit late, because of customs, as soon as I asked about it, I got help.
Soon after, everything has been sorted, and I got my order.
The cover itself has an amazing print quality, and the material is super nice as well.

Good Support

While the delivery was relatively late, mostly due to UPS, I do think the support was on point and did reply very fast. I hope the issues you were having with UPS will be fixed in the futur.

Technical issues with carrier but was able get everything sorted out.

Update:
Had some issues with my order do to the carriers but the OOH was able to help get it sorted out and ensure everything was put in order. Even with the hiccup (that was out of their control), I look forward to continued purchases and future products.

Good customer service

Good customer service, friendly, and easy to deal with. Although, I have never received any shipping confirmation/details or tracking information from any of the products I have purchased. I am still waiting on an order with no information whatsoever.
