The size was wrong to big

The size was wrong to big, despite using the recommended size chart supplied by the company and after careful measurement . Therefore I had to return (at my own expense ) which was considerable . I then re- ordered the correct size. I am still awaiting my refund 5 days after my e mail confirmation of refund. Not a good shopping experience
