Poor customer service and shipping time is ridiculous, I really like this brand but I ordered on August 1 and it’s September 20th and I still don’t have my order, contacted customer service about it and still no resolution, sliksyd ur a cool guy I fw with you hence why I bought from your brand but this is ridiculous

After 6 months from the order I'm still waiting for the delivery, I got in touch with them more times and the keep telling me that they still processing the order!?! Ridiculous

Poor customer service been waiting a month for my order with no updates. I would’ve gave this a 1 star but because I rate what Syd is doing I’ve gone for a 2. Need to do better smh
