Adrienne was great and having a contact while traveling in Central America was so convenient. Everything was perfectly planned and thought out.

We just returned from the most amazing family vacation to Costa Rica! We started the planning process with an in depth phone consult with Adrienne. She was wonderful in listening to what we were interested in doing and suggesting an amazing itinerary. Both resorts we stayed at were fabulous and our planned activities and tours were all top notch as well. Transport services were smooth and she called us personally a week before our trip when there was a possible in-country transportation change that we needed to make a decision on. She always had good suggestions and clearly knows the country and areas very well! Use of WhatsApp while in country was great for any day to day questions and a response was always within minutes. When we go back to Latin/South America we plan to use their services again.

When we got a little overwhelmed while trying to plan all the details of a trip to Belize, we contacted Osaviva for help. With only about 4 weeks before our flight date, we didn't give them much time to help us, but Adrienne followed up with us right away and started planning all the details. She really listened to what we were looking for and pulled everything together quickly. The whole itinerary was exactly what we were hoping for and more. Also, while we were on our trip, the Osaviva team was available and responsive to any questions we had - no matter how big or small.

I would highly recommend Osaviva for travel planning. The team is kind, thoughtful, easy to work with, detailed, and all around great! We will definitely use them again!

We can’t thank Adrienne enough for planning our unforgettable January escape to Colombia. Farah and I had the most incredible time—it truly was the perfect way to celebrate turning 50! 🎉 From the very beginning, you made the entire process so enjoyable. You were incredibly patient through all our back-and-forth as we explored different destination options, and your thoughtful, personalized recommendations and your insider knowledge—made choosing Colombia feel like the perfect fit.

And wow… what an adventure you created for us. The balance of relaxation, exploration, and nature was spot on—better than we could have even imagined when we booked. Every detail felt intentional, from the beautiful boutique hotels to the seamless transportation and fantastic local guides. As two women traveling together, your consistent communication and support gave us such peace of mind—we felt completely taken care of the entire time.

A few highlights we can’t stop talking about:
Both Sazagua locations were wonderful, but Pereira truly stood out - it was incredible! The spa treatments were next-level relaxing, and the property itself was breathtaking. We were completely mesmerized by the birds—I’d honestly go back just for that experience alone! That said, Cocora gave us the perfect excuse to revisit Salento, where we loved the coffee farm tour, and artisan shopping.

Exploring Filandia with our amazing guide was such a fun surprise—we stumbled into this charming little game shop, played wooden games with fellow travelers, and laughed our way through the afternoon. (We may have brought a few games home for our families too!). We loved the basket weaving workshop and we enjoyed an unforgettable meal at Helena Adentro!!

The Cocora Valley hike was a highlight—stunning, vibrant, and so energizing. And the last-minute coffee tour you helped us arranged ... so much fun. We even met people on the Willy along the way that we later bumped into again in Tayrona—such a small world! If we had to mention one tiny hiccup, it would be the lack of a direct flight from Pereira to Santa Marta on our travel day—but honestly, that was a minor detail in an otherwise flawless trip and it allowed us to see the sunrise on our journey to the airport!

Senda Watapuy was pure magic. Total jungle oasis. From lounging poolside with mountain views to indulging in outdoor massages (while listening to the sounds of nature—heaven!), it was easily one of the most relaxing places we’ve ever been. The food, the atmosphere, the little tucked-away spaces to unwind—it was all perfection. We loved it so much, we went back for a second massage… and floated around like jelly afterward! The Tayrona hike was the perfect adventurous kickoff to our 50s—challenging, beautiful, and full of laughs (including one moment where I nearly melted in the jungle heat and had to 'lose some clothing' in the middle of the jungle —definitely memorable! 😄). Our guide was fantastic and made the whole experience even better.

This experience meant so much to both of us. Sharing such an extraordinary adventure together was something we’ll treasure forever. Thank you for creating something so special—we truly felt it every step of the way.

We’ll absolutely be recommending you to friends (and already have a few in mind who would love a family adventure)!

It was amzing experience all things were in place perfectly planned

Everything went off without a hitch. Our trip was lovely.

We felt like VIPs the moment we landed in Liberia! Our transfer drivers were always on time and prepared to transport us to our next destination.
The resorts chosen for us were better than we had expected offering quality service, comfortable spaces and beautiful surroundings! The three resorts we stayed at were all stunning yet each so very different with their unique surroundings and amenities. We always seemed to have the best room in the resort, with one being on the second level in front of a tree where a family of monkeys climbed up everyday, right off our balcony!
Our excursions that we had booked with Adrienne were perfectly aligned with our interests and schedule, and we had a wide variety of different options! The only thing we did extra from our itinerary was the turtle excursion, as it is hard to plan in advance when they will be nesting on the beach. It just so happened that the turtles were still around the time we were there!
The team at Osaviva was always available and very responsive on WhatsApp if we had a concern or question and I have already recommended them to family and friends for their next trip! Thank you to Adrienne and the team for putting so much thought and effort into our perfect Costa Rican getaway.

I cannot say enough about this company and Adrienne, our travel planner. I have shared information with everyone I talked to about how amazing our trip to Belize because of this company.
* I LOVED the flexibility- location of the hotel, which excursions and when
* I LOVED that they routinely visit and vet the hotels and tour guides for safety. I felt much better traveling to a different country knowing I'd get a great experience instead of booking myself and crossing my fingers.

Booking with ROAM was fantastic!

We had the absolute best trip of our lives thanks to ROAM! Our hotels and excursions were unbelievable, truly I can’t thank them enough. They have such a great knowledge of Costa Rica, many times we’d talk to other couples and even though we did the same activities our experience was way better because of their expertise - for example other couples experiences white water rafting in murky water and our trip was so fun with incredibly clear water, we had great food and guides and it was a highlight of our trip. Their ability to connect you with the hidden gems really made all the difference. Our accommodations were breath taking, service was fantastic. Truly I cannot say one bad thing. Everything was coordinated and planned flawlessly - vehicles/planes were waiting to pick us up on schedule. It was so nice to not have to think on a trip and just enjoy! Thank you so much for the perfect honeymoon.

We used Roam Wild Travel for our honeymoon in June and I am amazed at the service they offered. Not only was the honeymoon tailored to our wants and needs, Adrienne made sure it was still within our budget. Before the trip we did a follow up call with all final details and while on the trip she quickly managed any small bumps/issues efficiently and professionally that we were completely stress free and enjoying the trip! We will use them again for any and all travel down south!

We are are so glad we booked with Roam Wild. Adrienne was wonderful to deal with and accommodated a lengthy list of requests on our honeymoon. We had never been to Costa Rica before so it was nice to have someone coordinate our entire itinerary (shuttles/hotels/meals/excursions) which made us able to just enjoy the experiences! Every item was seamless. We had so many fun surprises along the way which made our honeymoon special! Would highly recommend them for an adventure trip in South/Central America!

An absolutely unreal experience. Attention to detail was exceptional. Every activity was planned to perfection, transportation was arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I do not have enough good things to say about this trip. The service Roam provides is worth every penny and more.
