Oryzom fails to respond to any inquiries after a purchase
I bought a hand vacuum. It was delayed in shipping, so I bought another brand (Ryobi). When the Oryzom arrived, I promptly requested a return. There was a robot response. I tried again a few days later, same robot response. This went on for a while, and their website provides no means of contact other than via email. Eventually, about a month later, I received an email (which also seemed fairly robotic), but once again, there was no meanginful response, and now they have gone silent again.
This is the second time i used Oryzom

We ordered a Laresar Ultra 7 Cordless Vacuum cleaner on 11th July 2025. It arrived in an unsealed box with a faulty, used battery which requires charging every 5-10 minutes of use. We have written multiple times to Oryzom to arrange a return and have not been contacted by any support staff for over a month.

I ordered a stick vaccuum based on the consumer report reviews solely based on its comparison to Dyson.
I have had it less than 30 days and the battery lasts 6 minutes before having to recharge. Went to their site and there is NO warranty listed. Product was misrepresented as amazing and there is no coverage from the company past 14 days. Despicable for the price of almost $300.00.

Can't believe as tech savvy as I am, I got tricked by consumerstestreports.org. I thought it was Consumer Reports. So I ordered one. Then I realized my mistake and tried to immedialely cancel and of course card charged and no response. I got a laresar V7, which is actually so far nice but can't find an extra battery anywhere. Of course emailed laresar and same no response. I filed report with FTC, but government has be gutted so a waste of time. P.S. the Laresar V7 is on Amazon for $199. And they have on their site Trustpilot rating 5.. Wonder if Trustpilot also a scam.

I ordered an Oryzom 01 on July 7, 2025. It did not arrive in the 3-5 days promised, but the money was deducted from our bank. Customer service did not respond.
After another week, we received a Honiture V8 Pro, the distributor was in Kansas. It retailed for $40 less than the Oryzom brand I ordered.
I am going to attempt a return to Honiture. The question remains—these are supposedly different companies—how did we get a different vacuum???
