I bought a hand vacuum. It was delayed in shipping, so I bought another brand (Ryobi). When the Oryzom arrived, I promptly requested a return. There was a robot response. I tried again a few days later, same robot response. This went on for a while, and their website provides no means of contact other than via email. Eventually, about a month later, I received an email (which also seemed fairly robotic), but once again, there was no meanginful response, and now they have gone silent again.

This is the second time i used Oryzom, good product, delivery on Time. I recommend and i wish i could find more products in the catalogue.

We ordered a Laresar Ultra 7 Cordless Vacuum cleaner on 11th July 2025. It arrived in an unsealed box with a faulty, used battery which requires charging every 5-10 minutes of use. We have written multiple times to Oryzom to arrange a return and have not been contacted by any support staff for over a month.

No response from customer service; Dashcam product came to the USA w/ a German manual. Dashcam advertised as having an associated app…but no app and no response from customer service! Don’t buy from them.

Same as experience I see that most people posted. Ordered because consumer report recommended as number 1 robot vacuum. I paid $279 and received an entirely different vacuum for retail price of $199. I have tried multiple times to email customer service - no reply. There is no customer service number. I reported to BBB. Do not buy from this company. Complete scam.

Ordered a Robot Vacuum J10 Pro from the Oryzom website for $279.99 - based on great reviews all over the internet and receive a completely different brand and model. What I received is the Honiture G20 which is $199. No customer care response after inquiring.

Received their Cam Dash camera with instructions printed in German. Unfortunately I do not read or speak German and unable to use product. I have been trying to contact company for two weeks with no response. WARNING: TERRIBLE COMPANY!! DO NOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM.

THE PRODUCT DIDN'T WORK WITH OUR ROUTER, SO I USED IT WITHOUT THE ROUTER/APP AND IT DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB. RETURNING THE PRODUCT WAS A NIGHTMARE. THEY SEND YOU TO A FOREIGN WEBSITE TO RETURN BUT I COULDN'T USE IT BECAUSE IT WASN'T IN ENGLISH. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN. THEY GAVE ME A US CUSTOMER SERVICWE NO. AND ALL IT WAS, WAS AN ANSWERING SERVICE.

Oryzom did not send the product that was ordered. Customer Service has been emailed numerous times. It has been over 2 weeks and there has been no response. Unacceptable Oryzom.

I ordered a stick vaccuum based on the consumer report reviews solely based on its comparison to Dyson.
I have had it less than 30 days and the battery lasts 6 minutes before having to recharge. Went to their site and there is NO warranty listed. Product was misrepresented as amazing and there is no coverage from the company past 14 days. Despicable for the price of almost $300.00.

Can't believe as tech savvy as I am, I got tricked by consumerstestreports.org. I thought it was Consumer Reports. So I ordered one. Then I realized my mistake and tried to immedialely cancel and of course card charged and no response. I got a laresar V7, which is actually so far nice but can't find an extra battery anywhere. Of course emailed laresar and same no response. I filed report with FTC, but government has be gutted so a waste of time. P.S. the Laresar V7 is on Amazon for $199. And they have on their site Trustpilot rating 5.. Wonder if Trustpilot also a scam.

I ordered an Oryzom 01 on July 7, 2025. It did not arrive in the 3-5 days promised, but the money was deducted from our bank. Customer service did not respond.

After another week, we received a Honiture V8 Pro, the distributor was in Kansas. It retailed for $40 less than the Oryzom brand I ordered.

I am going to attempt a return to Honiture. The question remains—these are supposedly different companies—how did we get a different vacuum???

We had a return.
The matter was handled smoothly and reliably. My contact persons were very friendly and informed me abaut every step.
The credit was transferred exactly.

This company is a fraud, they take the money and then send a cheaper model. They do not respond to emails and you cannot call them. Do not believe the rubbish they have on the website, it is lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

Ordered a Oryzom V1 and received a Honiture V8. Company will not respond to emails requesting a return.

Non existent service. Their support email just never responds to messages.
