I had the same situation – I received a bead instead of a chair 😅 I reported it as a scam through my banking app and got my money back straight away. You should try that too.

Looks like it has happened to a lot of people, I order an £35 Oryx Chair and got a bead which looks like the blue cross logo. Tried the royal mail tracking number which is wrong and the e-mail and company website no longer exists. :( :(

DO NOT USE!! Same as others, received 2 wooden beads, having ordered 2 pod chairs.

Totally raging especially cause it’s linked to TikTok ! Why are they still allowing this to b linked with them. Paid £35 for a “ bead”

Scammers, ordered a chair and got sent a little bead. emailed the email on the refund policy and its a invalid email!

I've been scammed I've order two chairs which I never got total mail delivered a piece of paper

I was also scammed received a small bead in the post lost my money

Shit experience

Same issue as others. Ordered two chairs for £52.50 and received 2 small plastic beads. Best course of action for others who are affected is to log it on Action Fraud and ask your bank to issue a chargeback.

Ordered 2 x rocking chairs received 2 x plastic beads. Contacted my bank disputed the transaction received money back into my account. Bank has contacted company, if they don’t respond I keep my full payment

Total scam, bought a rocking chair from TikTok shop, and recieved a bead which was tracked by Royal Mail

I got scammed! Learn from my mistake and don't trust shopping apps on tik tok. Ordered my chair on 10th March and received 2 beads in the post! The shop has now closed down now😡😡

These companies have to take responsibility for whom they allow to advertise on their sites.

Honestly not worth the money.

Bought 2 x Chairs (full size rocking chairs, comfy looking!) and got 2 x Beads (yes like plastic childlike beads).

Support email bounced back and is non existent.

I ordered a chair pod from oryxdecor they took my money didn't receive the chair sent emails re this no reply & now when I tried to send another email address does not exist so money lost hard lesson learned but these companies should not be allowed to get away with this pure scam totally disgusting

Fraud, the police are investigating.
After the purchase, the shop has completely disappeared.
Please don't shop there.
