I ordered a pack of 3 (plus 1 free 89.99) for my Dad who has advanced Parkinsons & Dementia. By the time they arrived which was a lengthy process my Dad had changed his mind (as he often does due to his condition), opting for disposable ones instead. Contacted CS within 24 hrs of receiving package, to be advised that as I had opened the external postal bag, not even the zip lock bags the underwear is in, I could not return! Even although I hadn't even opened any of the bags the underwear is in and there hadn't been enough time to wear 1 set never mind 4! Their policy is a sham and a con, to take hard earned money from vunerable people, often at a time when money is tight. Their website clearly states that products cannot be returned if opened or worn, it does not mention external bag. What customer would receive a package and not open the postal bag to see what was in it??? Please do not buy from this company as you wont get your money back if you need to return. Im disgusted.

Regarding our policy, it is not designed to take advantage of anyone. Because our products are intimate hygiene garments, we must be extremely strict for health and safety reasons. We need guarantee that garments have not been handled or compromised. For that reason, we are unable to accept certain returns. This policy is in place to protect all customers and our warehouse staff.
Our returns policy is clearly stated on our website and accessible from the footer of every page. Many customers contact us prior to purchasing to confirm the policy, and we are always transparent about it.
We are genuinely sorry that the timing and circumstances led to this frustration. That was never our intention. If you respond to Trustpilot’s information request, we will be able to look into your specific case further.

If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I completely agree with another review given about their refund policy. I have tried 3 times with emails but get the same response even if Alice (if she is real) is very polite with her replies. I have 3 things that were advertised which were not good for me with my purchase. The boxers were smelly, they became wet and were not absorbent and were uncomfortable to wear. You are not given an opportunity to buy just one pair to try them which is not right. To any one thinking of buying them be very careful because their customer service afterwards is non existent and it is not a cheap product. They claim they are just a small company which I doubt from the immense publicity they have and this to be the reason they will not refund.

No returns policy!
Like all other 1 star reviews, we have come stuck with their no returns Policy, even if you have not opened the packages. This has cost us money we can't afford to lose.
If they have such an unusual no returns policy, then this should be made crystal clear to the customer at the time of ordering and not hidden away in the smallest print at the bottom of the website. If we can't wear and try your product, we can't give it a good review!

Fast easy shipment
Fast easy shipment. I was very skeptical about their claims, but since my surgery 11 years ago, Depends ® just didn’t work well for me. As soon as my products arrived, I put them on, no pads, just the black long legs boxers. By the time I went to bed, it seemed dry and nice. Best part is when I woke up, still dry! I’m hoping to purchase more of these. They definitely work for me! I can’t tell you how many times I left an event early due to leaks. Try them, you will be pleasantly surprised.

You are absolutely right that we do not recommend tumble drying. This is to preserve the integrity of the absorbent layers and maintain the long-term performance of the garment.
Because of the multi-layer absorbent technology, they can take longer to dry than regular underwear, especially in cooler or more humid conditions. In winter, we generally recommend placing them in a well-ventilated, warm indoor space to speed up the process.

The two main issues
The two main issues, after surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, it is difficult to control bladder leaks. As I live in Spain, in the summer I can dry my pants in about two days but don’t often use them in the winter because it takes too long. Also my anatomy has altered and can cause side leaks especially when sitting. If the material could be widened this would help. Hope this helps. Mike - 74years old

The boxers are a great fit and absorbs well however I still suffer from leaks outside the area that is protected. Hard to explain but I believe that the total leg area also needs to have some absorbing material to stop leaks coming threw.

The only reason I gave a 2 star rating…
The only reason I gave a 2 star rating was because the product was okay. Their return policy is ridiculous. I am in full agreement with the other reviews citing the return policy as their problem. Bought 5 pair for my husband. He wore 1. He asked me to return/exchange them for a larger size. The other four were in individual packages and never opened. I contacted customer service only to be told that if you opened one that the others couldn't be returned. Their return policy is ridiculous. Put an unbreakable seal on the bags they come in as proof they havent been opened. I am now stuck with $120.00 worth of unwearable underwear. Buyer beware.
