The product came in damaged and the material is not premium cotton, it feels like plastic. Tried to get customer service help to send prepaid return label to CA where the postage said it came from and they would not and are not going to credit a full refund. terrible customer service. would not ever purchase from them again. Their photos online are nothing like real products.

I ordered these for a friend and they were a perfect fit and she loves them and I’m sure will be ordering more.

My dress arrived on time and the sizing was accurately described.

The clothing was about 3 sizes smaller than advertised, the fabric was thin and shiny and they have refused to refund my order.

I ordered two pairs of their short pants that have been all over Facebook. I finally received them about 3 weeks later and they didn't match the photos on their ad. Different fabric and very thin and cheap. Also, sizing was off as I wear a medium and they were quite small. When I tried to return them I was told they only accepted defective products and would not refund my money which was about $97.98. When I argued with them as false advertising, they offered to give me $26. I think they are a sham company and would not ever recommend them.

I love the fabric. I only wish they came in petite sizes. I am 5’2”. Very comfortable. Love the pockets too.

The item fits perfectly and is fun! Arrived on a timely basis.

I have called (phone number not working) and emailed several times, with no response. Ordered items 2.5 weeks ago and have not had any contact from the company. Now I just want to cancel the order but website won't allow, even though product hasn't shipped and company is silent. This is the worst customer service ever.

The pants are great. Would have appreciated a better description of the material.
