Been emailing them ordered a dress doesn't fit .they have not responded.orvaf terrible service.i need a return slip . flustered.

Buyer beware. If you don't like what you order, they don't let you return it because it has to be shipped to Asia. The sweater I ordered was a cute pattern but looked horrible on--it was made weirdly and wouldn't look good on anyone. They won't let me return it, and are offering a fraction of what I paid as a refund.

The shipping time was way too long. Ordered end of April and didn't receive until June8th. Quality of the tops was not worth the wait. Not sure if I'll order any more. This was my 5th order. Previous orders didn't take this long.

They have such a great selection for everyone. You always find one of a kind tops never seen on all the other popular clothing sites. I buy there when I can afford it. It is a little pricey

I have six tees which I love, however my last order I was sent two identical tees which I did not like how they fit. The other is a duplicate of one I have. I corresponded with Stefan and was told there was a back log and I would hear from someone. That was two months ago. I would like to exchange them for others. Please advise. I have four different tops from Orvaf. They are great and fit great. I will buy more with all of the unique designs.

I purchased two shirts from Orvaf. I am happy with one of the shirts. It looked exactly as advertised and fits nice. The other shirt was advertised as “Sparkling Splash Sequin Print Short Sleeve Top”. The advertised picture is beautiful. The shirt I received does not sparkle. It is a plain ugly tee shirt. Very disappointed. The company wants to give me less than half of what I paid for it. I don’t want this ugly shirt. I want my money back! False advertising!!!

I was happy with the products and pleased that it got here in a timely fashion.

I love the outfits and it doesn’t take long to get them

I really like the tops I've bought so far ! I like the feel of the fabric, the creative styles, the washability of items (they come out of the washer in perfect shape!), and their Customer Service was great the only time one item didn't fit. I've ordered 3 times since mid-summer and had 3-4 tops with each order.

Delivery is as expected ‘ soft and good quality
