No communication in my the end I contacted PayPal as I paid through them but t rejected my claim all I wanted to do was return them for a refund had to fill a form out but still have not heard DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The shoes came looking nothing like the ones I had ordered. The material is very cheap and the sizing is wrong. I bought them through PayPal so that I thought I was covered if I needed to return but PayPal does not recognise this for refunds. I am out nearly $90 and have an ugly, cheap pair of shoes to look at. Do Not Trust this seller.

This company is from China. Do not order. Poorly made shoes and material. Went to try to return. Having to pay postage to send to China.

I purchased 3 pair of shoes, two fit and one did not. I was offered $2.95 refund to keep the shoes; when I refused that, they offered a 10.95 refund to keep the shoes; when I refused that, I received a notice to not send them to the address that they came from and to wait for an address. As you can guess, I havne't heard from them since. The shoes are cheap; I wasn't expecting much anyway for shoes to just wear around the house. "Scenery Trade" is the name they used. I did everything they asked me to do; sent the photo's they asked for and still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

I switched to OrthoWalkway's StrideMax walkers, and they made a noticeable difference almost immediately. I ordered my normal size 7. The shoes I ordered were too small.
I first had to send pictures of the shoes, and the packaging.
I was then told they would make a great gift for someone, or I could pay to send back and receive a 10% refund.😐

I actually would give a negative star rating if it was possible. This is not a company that sells shoes but rather jettisons a very inferior product on customers. If an attempt is made to return the shoes you find out the company is located in china and has no return process. They offer a 20% refund to NOT return the shoes but I have yet to see it Alleged scam???

Oh boy. My bad. I did not read reviews. Two pair with their sizing and neither fit. They make it impossible for one to return purchase. Keep sending word salads about this and that. Now I'm thinking how bad can their "return cost" label be.? This could be a major shipping disaster. Lesson learned! DO NOT BUY! There are other companies with same product that offer guarantees. So tired of scammers.

I ordered a pair of the 2023 Casual All-match Hollow Sandal. I followed the website direction for measuring to get the correct size. Shoes were too small so I emailed customer service about returning the shoes for refund. I was told to submit pictures of the following: 1. Clear photos of all items received.
2. Clear photos of the size of the item. If the specific size is not stated on the item, please provide a clear photo of the item.
3. A clear photo of the shipping label to confirm if this is the parcel we sent.
I sent the required pictures and they replied back that they would refund 10%. I emailed them saying the 10% is not acceptable and that their website guarantee states 30 day satisfaction guarantee with money back. A FULL refund will be issued and NO questions asked. Their reply was I could return the shoes for refund or exchange, and I would pay for the shipping. Other option was to keep the shoes and receive 20% refund. I told them I would be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges since the website states full refund within 30 days no questions asked.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I believe I saw these advertised in the New York Times. The sandals I received are definitely NOT leather, as they are advertised. In addition, after a few wearings , the stitching came undone. I would never purchase any other item from Orthowalk - a total scam!

This company did a bate and switch on me. They say good for those with balance issues. What I received is an expensive pair of slippers not sneakers. There was no instep, insole is completely flat. I returned them. But that was also a nightmare. I have to take pictures of original package and all the stickers on the shoes plastic bag. Then download to prove you purchased from them and the original packing. Once again China has screwed me over. The whole experience was horrifying.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are liars and thieves.
