Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 719 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company, frequently highlighting the product's durability, strength, and overall quality. Customers consistently find the insoles provide excellent arch support, making walking enjoyable and comfortable, even for those with conditions like flat feet or plantar fasciitis. Many people appreciate the significant difference these insoles make in alleviating foot pain and improving posture, often preferring them over custom orthotics. The customer service is also frequently praised for being superb, prompt, and helpful, especially when addressing issues like incorrect sizing or product exchanges. However, some people were dissatisfied with the product itself, finding it uncomfortable, too soft in the front, or that the arch support did not sit correctly, exacerbating pain.

Best purchase for long term foot care and maintaining an active lifestyle!

I had been to my podiatrist recently as my feet were aching. With low arch support and flat footed stance the recommendation was custom orthotics at approximately $600. Looking for a reasonably priced option, I came across these orthotics and placed an order. Over the period of about a week I broke them in and never looked back. I’m back walking/hiking 5-6 miles per day. No pain. My irregular step and gait ( monitored via my Apple Watch has decreased significantly. I’m so comfortables and confident with my new orthotics I ordered a second pair. No more changing from my hiking shoes to sneakers. Always at the ready and maintaining my active lifestyle. Amazing… truly amazing!

I’m very disappointed with my experience. The company advertises a 30-day trial guarantee, but in reality, if you actually use the product, they won’t refund your money. That completely defeats the purpose of a “trial” and feels very misleading.

On top of that, the product itself is not good. The sole is too soft in the front, which makes it really difficult to put into shoes properly. Trying to adjust or exchange it is also a hassle.

Most importantly, it’s not comfortable at all. Instead of helping, it actually caused more pain.

Overall, between the misleading return policy and the poor quality, I would not recommend this product.

So far so good

So far so good. They hurt my feet at first, but I think I wore them too long on the first day. I guess if they last longer that most inserts, they will be worth the price tag. It is kind of a wait and see situation.

Feels like walking on a cloud

I accidentally ordered the wrong size and noticed after I clicked on the button to order. Luckily I was listened to and got the correct size. I have flat and arthritic feet. These insoles make me feel like I'm on a cloud. They work wonders on my poor tired feet.

I have posterior tibial tendonitis and they are helping. I use one pair for my inside shoes and a pair for my outside shoes. The price is so much for affordable than prescription orthotics at $500 a pair.

Really bad pain after using these…crushed my heel

Really bad pain after using these insoles. They crushed my right heel and made my plantar much much worse. I’ve since had trouble walking and have needed hundreds of dollars in PT. My best advice is to buy proper insoles like Currex as these have actually helped me.

I really needed new insoles and saw your insoles with the beautiful arch support. I ordered two pairs and replaced my two most worn tennis shoes and they feel like new again! I was hoping they would make my shoes feel better but they also have enabled me to resume my daily walks with ease!
