Worst customer service ever! They expect you to send back the shoes to China on your own costs. They don’t respond to emails.

What a bad experience!! Don’t buy from them.

It's a really nice sandal, the color is very nice and it's soft on the foot and easy to walk in.

Late delivery and horrible quality.

The Qualifying was very inferior. No Orthopädin footbed. Worth a Maximum of 5 Euros!

Sizes too small and very poor communication.

The shoes seem to be okay. I can't comment on them, as despite measurements and the size chart, the shoes were too small. The return process is a complete disgrace! I'm either stuck with the costs and the shoes are too small, or I have to pay €50 to return them to China myself. Other shops always include a return label and there are no additional costs. Never again from this shop!

Fakeshoes - low + bad quality and too expansive

I ordered 3 pairs of ORTHOPAEDIC shoes - sandals, closed half boots and summer shoes - supposedly of the "highest quality" only to discover that all 3 pairs of "Orthopaedic" shoes were cheap, badly made rubbish. Not one pair of shoes fitted properly, either too narrow,
too small or just embarassingly cheap looking. Paid over 100 euros but cant send them back because I would end up throwing good money after bad for the postal fees! Shamefull!!!!

Order arrived after three months or so and the shoes I ordered looked nothing like the picture. Plastic garbage which is what I did with them. Put them straight into the garbage. Total waste of money and time chasing the order. Customer service almost non existent. Avoid avoid avoid.

No Retoure possible.
No german Retoure Adress.

At first, long time for delivery !! What I received was cheap china junk, One shoe is completely improperly sewn and pinches the heel. Both shoes smell extemely of chemicals and glue.
As I said ….. never again.

Shoes delivered does not correspond to my order. Trying to get it exchanged, but the procedure is much complicated. With an extra cost for sending back to China. I didn't do it. I can not recommend this deal to any others .

The shoes I ordered in the correct size are too small and I want to send them back. Sent a message to you but no reply?

I ordered flip flops in size 38. received 44. was asked to pay €18 again for shipment of another pair. Refused and without asking received another pair in the wrong size again, 44. now I have two pairs of flip flops in size 44 instead of my money back or a pair the size I ordered. Communication written badly with au translation Programme. Can’t recommend.
