Wanted to return the shoes and found out the business is in Canada - yet they gave me a Chinese address to return the goods to. Now 2 months later still no money back, they are "waiting to inspect the returned article" and claim they did not yet receive it. But once they do, I will get a refund. I'll be back here to let you know once that happens!

I am trying for a long time to get a refund or return the terrible shoes I bought from this fake company that is probably stealing money from a lot of people like myself. But they are not willing to do anything and still I am waiting for them to respond!!

The last time I got a response was if, I want to return the shoes I have to pay 20-60 Euros for the postage and pay perhaps 20-30 Euros for the tariff because it comes from a foreign country.

I bought the shoes for 40.00 and will be paying anther 60.00 t0 80.00 Euros on top of the original 40.00 purchase cost!!

Attention to the refund policie,they will told u after negotiantion a refund will be issued 30% of the purchased amount nothing you will never receive!! Attention!!they will reply to your messages very respectfully exchange for a very cheap quality,the refund under your expenses,they will offer you 50%refund will never happen,every time excuses....,scam!!we did a group and we will sue them

I ordered from this site thinking it was a Dutch company (.nl domain, Dutch language, prices in euros). Only after payment I was told I had to return the items to China, which was not clearly shown before checkout. They refuse to refund unless I pay expensive return shipping and customs fees.
The shoes I received were very poor quality and not as described. Their return policy does not follow EU consumer law, and communication is evasive.
The company responded asking me to check my inbox, but I already did many times. They keep refusing a full refund unless I pay for return shipping to China, which was never clearly shown before buying.

I will now report them to the ACM and to my my bank. Avoid this store.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the scammers at ORTHOdaily. They claim to sell high-quality orthopedic shoes, but in reality, they're just importing cheap shoes from China and selling them at inflated prices.

The worst part is that once you've bought from them, you're stuck. They don't allow returns or refunds, no matter how defective or poorly made the shoes are. I can attest to this firsthand, as the shoes I received were not only low-quality but also had a glaring defect - the right shoe was a different size than the left one!

But that's not all. When I tried to contact their "support" email, I found out that it was set up to automatically reject all incoming emails. It's clear that they're intentionally making it impossible for customers to get in touch with them.

If you value your money and don't want to get scammed, stay far, far away from this company. They're taking advantage of unsuspecting customers, and it's time someone exposed them.

DO NOT BUY FROM Orthodaily. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

P.s.-they answered me here and sent me an e-mail requesting photos but at the same time it is NOT POSSIBLE to answer on their mails. They set it up to automatically reject all incoming emails....

These are definitely in no way orthopedic shoes. They are cheap Chinese quality and after two months of light usage the soles are completely gone, and one sole has collapsed. I am in contact with their customer service and so far they say thats “normal wear and tear” which is ridiculous. I still have hopes it will get resolved, as they ask for more photos but considering the reviews which are either 1 or 5, the reviews with score 5 seem fake…

Fake dropshipping scam. Pathetic quality from Temu or something. Dishonest scanmers. Wish I could give less than 1 star. All the good reviews are fake. Do not buy from them.

Dropshipping garbage. Stay away. Basically a fake company run by some incel. Response times are also a joke as is often the case with dropshippers.

This is just one big scam! Chinese schoes, sended straight from China. They come too small, nothing in common with orthopedic schoes, they don't even have profile to reduce platfeet as it says on all photos on page. You can buy better shoes from temu for less money. You want to return item? Forget about it! You need to pay shipping and fees by yourself. They can kindly give you 30% refund if you don't want to send them shoes back, which belongs only to trash! Reviews on their page are fake, you can't even write a review there after buying this shit! Here they probably also bought reviews. SCAM!!!!

Incredibly bad quality of shoes. Within 3 months they fell apart and became a sponge when it rains. Never experience this bad

You cannot do a return unless you pay for the shipping, to China, which is very expensive obviously.
Shoes are tiny compared to Birkenstock Bostons so if you make the bad choice to order from them be ready for that.

They are liars. Making chinese "orthoprdic shoes" what's not orthopedic. Bad quality and waiting for them 3 months.

Bought 2 pair of shoes for my mom in the Netherlands. WAY too small!!! Not just a little..the size is way off!
No way to send these back...they have me send them to Canada!!! Cost more than my order!

On their website they state: "Easy returns, Probleemloos Retourneren, 60 dagen geld terug garantie"...totally NOT true.
You will have to send them to Canada and because that is so expensive, you only get 50% of your costs back...

I can't believe these practices are allowed...

Worst product. In one month outer layer peeled out. soul white colour and bottom white is different and looks odd. Same product available in temu for 11euro

Ordered shoes, but they never arrived. I contacted Ortho Daily and they just said that according to the shipper they did arrive. Lost my money.
zero customer service and basically STOLEN my money.

Ortho Daily is also just a front for an Aliexpress style drop ship delivery where you pay double or triple for what you can buy there. Aliexpress has better service than this, by the way.

And then I get a response that there is a process. I followed the process, and that was when they said that, according to the shipper, it was delivered. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME. Just lies.

I ordered a product from this company via their online website, but after I received this product I realized that it completely looks different than what I saw on their website, but that's ok. What's not ok is that I wanted to return it, but they don't offer any return policy on their website, I sent to their support email more than one email to try to understand what I need to do in order to return the product, but I got no response from them.

The same story as the rest. The one tp blame is google!!! they are allowing this scammers to scam people. Before you buy google hides the reviews. After paying then google will show you the truth!!!

I am a poor man and now out of a hunderd euro's. Thinking of doing something good for my health and there you are, this world is filled with evil~.

I need to return 2 pairs of shoes this weekend but you say return is to Canada!! Why? I bought them off a Dutch site and need to return to a dutch address today 10.01.25, last day of return. Otherswise send me my money...orders #24841& #24610.

I searched on Google, where I have also reported false advertising, in Dutch for a Dutch online shoe store. ORTHODaily's website pretends to be Dutch, the phone number at the bottom doesn't work and the address is also fake.
If you want to return the shoes, you are told to send them to a PO Box number, by DHL, at your own cost in Canada.
This is clearly false advertising and is, if anything, worse than Temu, where you at least know it's coming from China.
Update: Yeah, they just pointed me to their terms and conditions - despite the pot-plant-business-for-tax-purposes address in Amsterdam and the phone number that doesn't work, not to mention the flashing banner 30-day-money-back-guarantee. Buried somewhere in the T&C's they are covered. If only I'd looked them up on Trust Pilot first.
