I appreciate the sentiment, however leaving a negative review in such a way has a huge impact on small businesses. Please consider only leaving feedback once an order has been delivered.
As discussed on email;
Royal Mail have tracked the parcel as delivered, with a photo and GPS location of delivery, which matches that of the delivery address on the order. You have advised that you haven't received the item, so I have raised an investigation with Royal Mail, who will look into the claim. I also asked if you could please speak to your post man / woman, and / or local delivery depot as soon as you can, as they will be able to advise and assist much quicker, as they are the ones who have delivered the item.
Please let me know once you have spoken to them, and what they have advised.

I was sent the wrong brake discs for my car as clearly defined on my order and was only offered discount to order more and would not replace them having spent thousands with the Company since it started. Something Richard would have sorted in a blink an eye.

Ian,
You reported this to me 2 years (24 months!) after ordering and delivery of the discs, leaving not only myself at Orranje, but also Nitrac the manufacturer, in a difficult situation.
Orders should be checked over within a reasonable time frame, which we state as being 28 days from delivery in our terms and conditions. This is the same for all online sellers, as well as high street shops. This gives all parties sufficient time to ensure items are as ordered, and reduces any chance of fraud taking place.
However, I did not refuse to assist, but advised that I would do everything I could to offer a solution giving the circumstances, and I was in conversation with Nitrac for quite some time, to try and resolve this issue. Unfortunately, due to the 2 years between delivery and this being raised with me, Nitrac also advised the same - 2 years since delivery is just too long of a time period to simply accept that the wrong items were supplied.
This being said, Nitrac offered a discount which priced a replacement set at below cost price, and I added to this discount, meaning a replacement set would be lower than ever sold to any one, leaving Nitrac and Orranje out of pocket, and meaning only a small contribution by yourself. Not only that, but I also offered a full refund on the set you said you had received, as long as Nitrac confirmed they were genuine Nitrac discs.
As I'm sure you can appreciate, with all online and high street sellers, including companies such as Amazon etc, if you went back to them after 2 years with a query about an item on an order, they would refuse to assist due to the timeframe, and certainly would not offer a free replacement or even a discount on a replacement set.
I would have appreciated a response to our offer, so we could agree on a suitable resolution, but instead we are left with a negative review, with no mention of the extensive period of time between the order and you reporting the issue to us. Hopefully this reply paints a better and truer picture for those reading this, and can appreciate that Orranje is not just shunning the customer.

Exceptional service yet just ordered so cant wait to receive it but the customer service was amazing the person replying to me though facebook spent time listening to my questions asking me about more info on my car to to recommend the right product and even gave me a YouTube link to explain what im looking for all in all 10/10 experience and even ordered more because i felt bad only spending £50 after everything

KND Engineering Tow Strap Bolt
I purchased the KND Engineering Tow Strap Bolt for my R56 JCW. It arrived quickly and well packaged. On first inspections I was really impressed with the quality of the product. I went to fit it to my car and found it came up short. I emailed Oli at Orranje and he set about trying to understand the problem. The communication throughout this process was excellent, I was always aware of what was being done to find a resolution. In the end, Oli sourced a longer bolt and sent this to me free of charge. Orranje have been one of the best companies I have dealt with and I can say confidently that I will be purchasing from them again. Easiest 5 star review I've ever given.

Terrrible, terrible customer service
Unfortunately I cannot comment on their products - only their terrible, terrible customer service. The parcel was lost in delivery - I never received it. Rather than help with this, the trader disputed my claim and called me a liar. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. If it goes wrong they will lie and deceive the authorities. A terrible 'shop' - I am only writing this to warn others. There are other places to buy mini performance parts, I would recommend using them instead.

Jim,
I could understand your review if we did not try and assist from the moment you raised the issue with us, but we did, even replying to your rude, and abusive emails, out of hours.
As soon as you raised the delivery issue with us, we jumped on it, and raised an investigation with the courier. We explained to you that we needed a legal document signing to declare that you had not received the item, yet you refused to provide this, getting very defensive in the process. Even after repeated explanations that the courier was claiming the item had been delivered, and signed for by you, and advising that we required the document to dispute their claim, you still refused to sign it.
After pressure from ourselves, and no signed document from you, we asked the courier to visit the house you claimed the item had been delivered to by mistake, to collect the item and redeliver to you. However, you would not allow them time to do this, and less than 24 hours after the issue occurring, you threatened us with leaving bad reviews on all platforms, and raised a payment reversal with your bank, giving us next to no time to resolve the issue that you claimed had occurred.
Considering you flatly refused to sign a legal document to say you hadn't received the item, and how defensive you were, it all panned out rather suspect, but at no point did we call you a liar, and acted professionally with our replies, even with the lack of respect and common courtesy you showed us.
If only we could review customers...

Brilliant service
Ordered a Sprint Booster for my BMW from Orranje. Firstly they had the cheapest price for it and I searched far and wide to compare prices. Anyway extremely impressed with the service received from Oli. I sent a fair few emails and received responses from Oli in literally minutes. Same day dispatch too as ordered before 2pm. Sprint Booster is great too. Well worth the money.

Can’t go wrong, top service and great prices.
I have ordered a decat and a intercooler from orranje for my R56, Oli informed about a delay on the cobra decat as they had sold out and was awaiting stock, which was not a problem, I also got my intercooler from their eBay shop which got discounted via a promotion they were running, I ordered the intercooler on the Thursday and was with my the very next day.
My go to store to get performance parts for my Mini.
