I really like the pillow but what I hate is BS false marketing! The 'FREE $16 TRAVEL BAG' IS CHEAP CRAP. it went straight into the bin. I thought I was actually getting a free gift not a shitty 50c bag!
I also hate that when you buy something you get a pop up box saying buy again to get the same item EVEN CHEAPER! well of course I bought all the items for needed in my first purchase. If you could offer it that much cheaper then WHY DID I PAY MORE???

How can you sell consumers products without an option to return for a refund? I bought two pillows—once I opened the package I knew they weren’t for us. Went to return and it’s become a negotiation. They’ve offered 30% then 40% and now 50% for me to keep them instead of return? No. I spent $111 and I want my money back. Will I really need to take this further? BBB or Amex dispute?

Pillow has a strong chemical odor and retains heat. Product shipped from overseas and took a month to arrive. Even at the “discounted” price, this pillow is overpriced for the quality. Did not come with the pillow case as advertised.

Zero Stars!!!! I ordered pillows from Ornatera over 2 1/2 weeks ago and still have not received them. They were supposed to be delivered way before now according to my order confirmation. When I track the package, it still hasn't shipped from the warehouse! I've tried to contact customer service to cancel my order & they keep putting me off saying my order will arrive soon.
This is absolutely ridiculous service! After reading other reviews, I'm certain this is a scam and will be reporting the company as such!

I ordered a pillow 6 weeks ago. After it shipped I received tracking (from China) then suddenly an "attempted delivery" notification from a random last-mile delivery service I had never heard of. Then nothing. A week or so later, a tiny package arrived with a different name/address on it from the last-mile company. I contacted both Ornatera and the delivery company. Both said they would reschedule my delivery. I first placed my order over 6 weeks ago. Today they finally refunded my money. I don't know what is going on here but at best, this company needs to get it together and at worst, it's a scam.

The pillow stinks a lot and is as hard as cement. It made my neck and head pain worse.

The pillow stabilizes your neck, no matter which position you sleep in. Its firm and comfortable.

This company is terrible. They claim you can try the pillow and guarantee a refund if returned in 30 days. They don’t tell you that it has to be returned to Asia and since it would cost too much they tell you to keep it and only refund 40%.

The pillow is as hard a cement. Made my neck and head pain worse.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased 2 pillows and a sciatica leg pillow. After reaching out to them about their tracking, I did finally receive two of my pillows but not the sciatica one. I asked them REPEATEDLY about this, but they will not even respond to my messages now. Save yourself a headache and don't do it!

Waste of Money!

After seeing so many advertisements and only positive reviews on their website, I took the plunge on a $70 pillow given they advertise "Try Risk Free" you should know that you have a very short window to try it and decide it doesn't work for you. You miss that window and you're out of luck. Turns out, the only reason you see nothing but positive reviews on their website is because you can't actually contribute a review there and it's pretty clear why. The truth would come out and they'd have a dip in sales.

As for the premium pillow, I'll say this: It's about half as tall as the pictures make it appear. Regardless, I gave it a fair shot. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to the different shape of the pillow. Did it help my neck pain? I'd say it did but only marginally. This pillow is clearly designed for folks who don't move an inch in their sleep. If you are a side sleeper or need to turn over at any point in the night, you should expect to have to completely reposition yourself as there is a single point on this pillow in which you can be comfortable which is not conducive to those of use that roll over from time to time.

TL;DR: It's not worth the money and it's huge pain to try to leverage their "try risk free" claim.

Their website says try risk free for 30 days but their actual return policy is only 14 days so I’m not sure how you get 30 days to return. Also you have to cover shipping to return the pillow to China. Terrible customer service.

Ordering and delivery went well. I wish the pillow was firmer or that there were options for a pillow with form firmness. The design is great.

I wish I had listened to the other reviews! My pillow from Ornatera arrived riddled with what looked like hair, just like a previous reviewer mentioned. I contacted the company, and their response was absurd! They claimed it was debris from the black mesh, not hair. Even worse, since it’s imported from China, to return the item, they told me I had to cover shipping! Adding insult to injury, their terrible courier service, Yun Express or Gofo Shipping, literally threw my package 10 feet across concrete. When I tried to report the incident with video proof, it was nearly impossible to contact anyone. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this company

My pillow was defective and customer service helped me quickly and effectively by replacing my pillow at no cost. Since receiving my new pillow my sleep has been amazing and no shoulder and neck pain.

I use in more between my legs than under my head so I am not using it as I intended to. It doesn’t seem as full as it appeared online. I think it would like it more if it was.

I have had neck surgery recently and have struggled to find a pillow that would support my neck and without a doubt this pillow has changed the way I sleep. I no longer wake up with neck pain. I can sleep on my back or side and my neck is no longer stiff or sore.
